Pros +

Location and room
Location; breakfast; luggage Room;
Front desk receptionists are super helpful and nice

Cons -

Noise, anything in next room could hear, such as opening coat closet, moving chairs, conversation etc.. Plz make little sound proof
Bad soundproofing. Could hear other client snore. Didn't know I had to pay extra city tax.
1) We paid for "buffet breakfast included" but got nothing for vegetarian/vegans. The most was boiled vegetables and cornflakes with one open carton of soy milk while other got an entire array of hot fresh cooked breakfast. We want a refund

Location! Comfortable bed. Great staff. Good breakfast.

Tepid water, room temperature never totally cooled off.

The ambient of the hotel is great, as well as the behaviour of the staff. Breakfast has great offers. We were inmpressed by the staff's polite and helpfull behaviour. We did not find such a behaviour often during our Europe trip to 8 countries

There should be a ramp so that you don't need to carry the luggage to the elevator

The hotel was a great choice, clean, great location near the major sites, and free breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to ALL.

Everything was GOOD
