Pros +
- Facilities were clean and room was quite big. Breakfast was fantastic.
- The bed was exceptional. The facilities were really nice. It had an unusual exterior design. We had the best breakfasts there of anywhere we have traveled in 2025--even champagne, fresh juice and delicious cheeses. Also the view from the restaurant was awesome.
- The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. We loved the location because we could walk to everything we wanted to see.
Cons -
- Roadnoise on the river view rooms and lots of tourists in the lobby.
- I am really coming up empty on this one.
- Included with the rate is free access to the sky bar upstairs. I went up to have a drink but no seats available. So, we just wandered out to the observation deck- this waitress tells us to buy a drink or we need to leave ! But Im a hotel guest and where will we sit for our drink? Shook her head- it doesn’t matter !! Basically, I got told to leave - I was up there a total of 3 minutes. I asked about this at checkout, and they apologized - but that was completely unnecessary BS

We did not get breakfast. Great location and gorgeous room
The rooms are modern, comfortable, quiet, spacious. Just fabulous rooms, especially for the price. The breakfast was really good as well.

room, breakfast, view
It was a quiet hotel
Shower didn’t have a door so the bathroom got all wet. Breakfast was bad, not a 4* hotel breakfast. It was compared to a highway motel breakfast. Employees were indifferent, not welcoming
staff are kind and helpful
the smell of the bathroom sewer was so bad. colorful light switch isn't working
It’s uniqueness being an attraction by itself. Nice location and views are amazing at the restaurant where breakfast is served. Tram from the central train station stops across the property.
Nothing to dislike.
Just it’s name and unique design
Price was high, room very small
The building is iconic, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Every room we saw was a little different. The restaurant and bar at the top has amazing views.
This is more of a business building than a hotel… Don’t expect anything in the way of lobby, bar, Bellmen, etc. There is no one to help with your bags, the hotel just has a few floors in a building that also contains offices.
The room was comfortable and had a view overlooking the river. It is within easy walking distance of old town and new town and public transport.
TV situated in bad position for viewing.
It is very centrally located very easy to get to buy train, tram or bolt. Just a few miles from the broadcast even closer to the old town…Rooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with two sinks, which is very appreciated in Europe.
We had the best view of the river. Room was spacious and very clean.
The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.
I was so relieved to find this amazing hotel after a bad experience elsewhere in Prague. It completely exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the center and just steps from Charles Bridge. I booked a city-view room, and it was exactly what I hoped for. They also have river-view rooms if you prefer that. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful — I felt genuinely welcomed. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the soundproofing, and it absolutely delivered. Even though my room was connected to another (which was occupied), I didn’t hear a single sound. The peace and quiet were impressive. The hotel also has a cozy café, a rooftop area, and a fantastic restaurant — all of which made the stay even better. Overall, an incredible value. I really hope their prices stay the same!
Quiet small room
Location. Clean
Second day there was No water in hotel from early morning until 4 pm its was the worst’s day hotel with no water how it came
very good location, just 15 min of walk from main attractions and city center. On the other side of the road near the river there many locations to sit next to the water and to drink a beer or any other drink. Breakfast with a view from 7'th floor was really great
The room with a view to the river was little bit noisy.
The uniqueness of this location is a draw. The hotel is close to attractions and is pretty accessible. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were ok, but there was mold in the shower around the edges.
The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and lots of closet space. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the AC was powerful. Breakfast on the top floor was great - a decent selection of good quality food.
Location: A bit of a walk to get to the old town and Prague Castle, though there are direct trams to these places.
Iconic place. Good coffee in the cafe on the first floor. The location is very convenient for us. Suggestion- go out to the Peace Square area. Less touristy and great area.
We had a rear facing room on a weekend. No view, but it was quiet. They are working on a building behind it, so I am guessing on a weekday you would not want that. The crowds that cue up for the elevator to the roof and bar are a bit of an imposition.
