The location and the staff. Regarding the staff, was especially wonderful! She was very helpful in providing honest recommendations on things to do and helping us book dinner reservations.

Air conditioning in the room didn't get cold enough. Wifi in the room wasn't very strong.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Complementary lounge with hot and cold drinks and happy hours.

The location is amazing! The staff if friendly and the breakfast is superb!

The rooms are tiny, not well organized and somewhat dark. The bathroom doesn’t have a window which is a downside.

Noise back rooms from the heat pumps at the ground floor..Breakfast was slow and messing the orders. Though the personel was always with a smile and supportive some kitchen organization is needed.

My stay at Le Refuge du Littoral N7 was absolutely excellent. The service was truly outstanding – my baggage was already waiting in the room before I even finished at the reception, which shows the level of attention and care provided.The location is exceptional, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The design of the property is modern, elegant, and very comfortable, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere.Breakfast was another highlight – prepared and served at a restaurant-style level, with both quality and presentation that exceeded expectations.Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for great service, comfort, and an unforgettable experience. Amazing location, close to everything but on a quiet street. Staff were super helpful and room was cozy and clean.

The Emblem is very quiet, even though it is just steps from Old Town Square. A lovely place to stay.

The spa/wellness center is a bit confusing. It seems one needs appointments to use the hot tub, even though it is an amenity of the hotel.

Location was perfect!! Close enough from the main attractions, and not loud. The staff was really nice!! Especially the lady who did my check in and the man at the front door. Everybody super polite and always checking if everything was ok. Extra super bonus points for the great steakhouse downstairs!!! Amazing food!! The bar also looked good, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it. Will return for sure.

The breakfast was not worth the money.

Everything was perfect. I especially liked sound isolation, bedding as well as quietness of the room. We were on the top floor (5th) and I didn't hear any other guest or cleaner during my stay. The hotel is right next to the libraries, 1 min away from the astronomical clock, 3 min from the Charles' bridge, however, the street next to the hotel is not too loud (not on a tourists path). There is parking right in front, in-house steak house (expensive), all amenities in the room you would need.

The rooms are on a smaller size, but there is a common lounge area in the basement together with the fumoir for smokers. Entrance to the roof veranda with jacuzzi is extra (EUR120 for 30min during our stay).

Everything!! the staff and the location made my trip wonderful! The bed and pillows were excellent and super comfortable! I fully recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Prague!

Suite is just a large room, not a room with a lounge as you’d expect in the UK

The hotel exuded a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by exceptionally attentive staff. We booked a couple of massages, and the entire spa experience was perfectly relaxing. The online booking process was seamless and efficient, making it incredibly convenient.Very good breakfast.The hotel is just a one-minute stroll from the iconic Astronomical Clock in the main square and a five-minute walk to Charles Bridge. Most of Prague’s Old Town attractions are easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.They went above and beyond by arranging a hairstylist at our request, even though the hotel doesn’t have an in-house salon. (the location was just a short two-minute walk from the hotel).I recommend staying here for couples especially.We will come back for sure!

There was no availability for the spa and during the season, more staff and slots should be available The lounge was cosy but the services was not as expected, only coffee machine was provided. No much refreshments, no snacks and the TV channels were not working.

The property was near the centre , clean and staff were very friendly. The jacuzzi was on the rooftop with view of the cathedral.
