Staff very friendly, rooms very clean.

Rooms are relatively small.

Parking is near, hotel is in a good location a little bit outside the city but a nice walk thru the park.

Parking for lugage drop off can be difficult

There was a great breakfast supplied but the hotel with choices for every person.

The air conditioners were turned off, and there was no fans. Asked the desk about this and was told not allowed because of time of year.

No iron and there is no services around the hotel

A few minutes from Sparta tram station. Ideal for football events, it is next to Epet Arena.

A bit far from everything else.The room is outdated (Room 201). Taking a shower is challenging, because there is only a tub, with no shower curtain. This also explains why the shower head is installed waist-level. There is a keycard that controls the room's lightings, but there is no way to turn off all the lights with a main switch placed next to the bed. At night, you have to get up and switch-off individual lamps all around the room (4 in total).There is an elevator but it does not stop on the same levels as all the rooms, which means that you either have to carry your luggage up or down 1 flight of stairs.And the artwork...let's just say, we tried so hard to avert our eyes, but it was impossible as they were placed right in front of the bed.Lastly, breakfast is not suitable for guests who are lactose-intolerant. No margarine and the scrambled eggs is not lactose-free.

Location is great, you can get everywhere by tram. Good breakfast and nice room.

Just one thing - mattress was too soft.

Great location at Letna, but mattress extremely soft and poor breakfast at a gloomy breakfast room.

Breakfast, served in tiny breakfast room, staff was not managing to clean the tables on time for next guests to sit down or refill milk/coffee. Bed mattress was extremely soft.

Quiet location. Clean bedroom. Helpful reception staff. Good selection of breakfast food,

Breakfast room not promptly cleared of dirty dishes. We came down at 9 and there was not one clean set table to sit at. Same most days. Hot water urn no longer boiling hot at this time so cup of tea not that hot.

Very comfortable beds and thoughtful design.

Some rooms only have bath tubs and no shower curtain or hook on the wall to hang the shower head making showers difficult especially for elderly people. Pastry at breakfast had mold all over it one day. The next day they were fresh.

Strange configuration of lift versus stairs and room numbers. And most of the dreadful “art”. Also the awful parking situation and cost.

Excellent location, excellent friendly staff. Close to the tramstop to get a tram to the city centre. Some nice Ceczh bars on the main road where you can get cheap food and drink. The Hotel was very good and clean and in a very quiet location. The beds were really comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. I would definitely stay again, really loved my time here, and plenty to eat at breakfast time.

The team were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good and had the best coffee.

This hotel is amazing, the staff was so kind and very helpful! The room was clean it has s balcony! I would definitely recommend it and I would come back again?

Breakfast and the super friendly people.

The matras in some room, we had 5 rooms, and insects in one room. Bathroom without glass or somthing else, floor is easely getting wet.

The hotel is close to the stadion of Sparta football club. Not in the centre but not far from the tram.The room was of good size. There is a kettle and refrigirator.The hotel is not for people with walking impediment.
