Would be great if hotel staff can manage birthday dates of the tourists. Small compliment way better for a great stay and start of the day.

The hotel we stayed at was in a very good location. Since Prague is generally explored on foot, the hotel's location was very attractive. It was in a quiet location. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean. Finally, the hotel staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming. Thank you.

The hotel was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. It was very quiet, which made it easy to rest. The sauna was great and a perfect way to unwind. The breakfast was nice with good quality and variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to have a bit more variety at breakfast, especially for longer stays. Although there were some small changes, after several days it can feel a bit repetitive.

Location, staff, amazing hotel and mulled wine by the door was a bonus when you come in form the cold

It is in the city center, easy to walk to most important attractions. Breakfast was beautiful and tasty.

Hotel location was perfect and only 5-8 min.to almost everywhere in city center. Breakfast was also satisfied. Especially front desk attendant Ms.Wella was so helpfull on every point and she assisted for all our questions and adviced many good place for food or visit. Thanks to her again.

The location is perfect, right next to Venceslav Square. We arrived early and the hotel was able to provide us one room so we could get settle and start exploring the city.The buffet breakfast had several tasty options.The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Very friendly staff , lovely mulled wine on arrival and all day. Very comfortable rooms , bed , great shower and bed. Best breakfast we have ever had. Central location 10-20 minutes walk to most places. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by

The hotel has a very good location, just 50 meters from Wenceslas Square. There are many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. It has its own underground parking garage, although the number of spaces is limited. The rooms were average in size but included all the necessary amenities for a short stay.

Some of the facilities were outdated; the refrigerator did not work despite reporting it to the reception. The air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. We were traveling with a pet and had to pay an extra fee for the stay, but it did not come with any added benefits (other hotels offer a pet package that at least includes a bowl, a small welcome gift, or a room adapted for staying with pets).

Hotel staff fab, very clean, breakfast lovely, bar very reasonable, location was brilliant.

The only issue we had was the bed was very uncomfortable/lumpy and pillows way to soft, could do with being upgraded.

I had a very pleasant stay at K+K Hotel Fenix. The room was on the smaller side, but it was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The heating worked extremely well, which was especially appreciated, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water at all times.Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety and quality. A lovely extra touch was the free hot wine offered at the reception, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming.Overall, a great choice for Prague—comfortable, efficient, and with thoughtful details that make a difference.

The room was quite small, and the beds were rather narrow, which might not be ideal for guests who prefer more space or are staying for longer. Other than that, there were no major drawbacks.
