Cons -
- Everything it smelled moldy holes in the wall and staff stares like you going to rob them. They even charge you 20 dollars every time u extend your stay
- On arrival, our room card didn't work after going back and forth downstairs to test it. We waited 2 hours for the receptionist to bring the card up to us and it never happened. We went downstairs and he had not even worked on it. Finally, he said that he would re-code/set the door. This apparently couldn't happen until we'd left for the day to tour the area. Quite disappointing. Upon getting into bed; noted the beds smelled like urine. We took off the linens and saw urine stains on the mattress cover although it looked like it was washed. That made for a horrible night as we'd slept on top of the comforter d/t being tired/exhausted from touring all day. Same receptionist next morning and he didn't seem bothered when informed the bed smelled like pee. He under his breath just said, "ok sorry bout that." This was day 1 of 3 :-(. The smell never went away eventhough it looked like housekeeping cleaned our rooms. Would not stay here again.
- in the bathroom you could not flush the toilet properly, and at night it was not working at all due to lack of pressure most likely - there for - it was smelling in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great, considering they are trying to appeal to an international population.
The bathtub in our room (24) is a veritable death trap! Being very short, I could hardly climb into it. Once the water was turned on, it was dangerously slippery. With the half shower door, water still went everywhere! I needed help to get out of the tub when I was done. Out of an abundance of caution, I didn’t use it again. It truly is dangerous. Also please remove the silly cheap movie posters from the room. Every wall does not need to be covered—especially when that isn’t really art. The room decor otherwise was really fun!
The room was bright and airy. The vintage decor was a great touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly, helping us with reservations and directions. Breakfast was delicious.
Great breakfast QuietClean
Internet speed was not great
Location is amazing close to everything.Rooms are clean and tidy and views from the balcony absolutely a treat.
I didn’t like the fact that there was no one to help when we needed water one of the nights. They provide you with a whatsapp number where you can contact but one of the nights we forgot to bring water and really needed it but no one even answered on whatsapp.
The family room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was great.
The room didn’t feel super clean. There were not enough plugs so one of the bedside lamps couldn’t be plugged in and we had to unplug the other one in order to charge our devices. The lighting was not good and it was very white fluorescent which made the room feel uncomfortable to be in when you need to turn lights on.
Great breakfast, nice staff, very comfortable location.
Beds (both mattress and pillow) were not comfortable for me - too much soft. The window was into the internal space and not to the street, which was either no fresh air or no privacy (when open).
Excellent breakfast and loved the location. On the quiet side of town but still very walkable to everything. We liked it so much we rebooked on our way back through Prague.
Our initial impression at check in was average. They were busy switching shifts but didn’t acknowledge us with a hello. After almost 20 hours of traveling a greeting and we’ll be with you shortly would have gone a long way.
Property was in a very quiet side due to Embassies a block away. Safe to walk and close to the castle, bridge. Square and restaurants. Hotel offers wonderful breakfast.
Microwave or water percolator should be added to the room.
Beautiful property. Clean. Room was huge. Staff friendly and breakfast was wonderful.
Very convenient and quiet location near the U.S. Embassy. Close to Chain Bridge and local mass transit options. The hotel is delightfully decorated, modern and very comfortable.
The man who was on duty at front desk the morning we were checking out was very grumpy, and in fact was rude to my wife when she asked him if coffee was available—he yelled at her that breakfast wasn’t available until 7am. When I approached him and asked if he always bully’s women, he denied he yelled at my wife. She was nearly in tears. Every other employee was friendly and very helpful.
The room is huge, clean and the breakfast.
Not like more on the location that is not advisable for PWD or Senior citizen
We found a quiet and family-style place. It is more like getting to a big house. Rooms are very quiet and spotlessly clean, I love that they do the rooms every day and they do it great.
I had a hard time finding the hotel, because I didn't realize access to it was INSIDE a compound.. so you access the hotel from the "courtyard" of the complex, which you must enter through an arch with a gate from the outside of the complex.
The location was great & the breakfast was the best we have had in any other hotel
They like very deep tubs but was a challenge for us older folks to get in & out of
We stayed here for two nights. The location was very good considering it’s very close to the Castle and a short walk to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast was decent. The vibe was quirky and fun.
Our fridge was not working, and there was no scale to weight the luggage.
The hotel was lovely! Very clean, wonderful breakfast, and excellent location.
Ira, Martin, and Roman were amazing at arranging things for us and making recommendations on what to do. Everyone was super friendly! The breakfast was also amazing.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We had a great time.
