Pros +
- Good, super marketplace, next to bus & troley station. Good people Parking
- Everything was great. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Great location for bus and supermarket is across the street.
- Great hotel close to Prague center via tram or bus (2 mins walk from hotel). Friendly staff. Large rooms, good comfort. Limited parking on site so reach out to the hotel ahead if you need parking. The parking spaces are really small so be careful:)
Cons -
- Need more maintainance, dirty in the outside, Tv didnt work,
- No elevator but we managed just fine.
- Nothing in particular. The hotel was a bit busy due to the New Year period, but that was expected.

I liked the convenient location close to a Kaufland supermarket, as well as the nearby tram stop with a direct line to the city center. The hotel was very clean, and the free parking was a big advantage.

The room was clean and cozy
The parking spots are small and not So easy to reach them out (there are many steps) and there is a renovation in the building So its quite bad to stay there right for more days.
Great accessible location and a big room.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.
Poor
I don’t usually write reviews, but without them the owner often doesn’t even know what needs to be improved. When I booked the room, I already knew I was going for a lower standard, so I was prepared to overlook a lot of things, but…Pros:The guy at the reception was really very polite and helpful.Cons:The carpet in the room was honestly repulsively dirty — there’s no way it has been cleaned in the past year.In the bathroom, the shower corners were full of mould. The shower head was also basically rotten from mould. But the absolute deal-breaker was the disgusting smell of sewage in the bathroom.Fortunately, after opening the bathroom window and keeping the door closed it became somewhat bearable. The owner might not even know about this, so I’m passing this information along — they really need to fix the sewage issue.I ended up brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink.No matter how low the standard of accommodation someone chooses, mould, unhygienically dirty carpets and sewage smell have no place in any room.Since I only had the room for one night, I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but I recommend the owner to do something about it.Wishing you a nice day and lots of success
The hotel is a fair bit from the city centre but easily reachable by Pragues excellent transport system. The bus and tram stops are less than 100 metres from the hotel, the number 11 tram takes 15 minutes to reach Namesti Miru metro station. There is a local bar just around the corner where you can get cheap beer but it closes at 10pm.The hotel is in a little residential side street so it is very quiet throughout the night.Breakfast is provided for a price, but I preferred going to the nearby Kaufland supermarket for a coffee from the machine and a slice of pizza 60 czk(2.5 euros)for both.
We drove to Prague and this place was easily accessible from the southern ring road without having to enter the city proper. It's located in a quiet residential street, but within a short walk there is a tram stop, supermarket and local pub with decent beer.Nice rooms with aircon. The hotel has it's own closed parking lot, but we were able to park our motorcycles securely tucked away and out of sight in the hotel's private and fenced garden area.
No elevator, but the stairs are not too bad.
Clean and comfortable
Location was far from the city
Great value for a price, nothing fancy from outside or in corridors but the room was fresh, quiet and clean
Comfortable hotel room with a fridge and on-site parking at a good price. The room had quite an elegant feel with the combination of dark wood and green curtains and bed cover. Strong WiFi. Big Kaufland supermarket across the road.
Not much. One of the beds was more comfortable than the other and the shower could do with a refresh but that's about it.The hotel is quite far outside the city centre but there is a tram stop nearby and the tram takes about 20 minutes.
Unexpectedly cozy hotel in a residential area with the charming garden and the private parking lot. The rooms were impeccably clean and towels - super white. Two rooms with the kitchen between them was perfect for the short family stay in Prague.
The staff wasn't very helpful with the tips, where to find food in the district or how to get to the city center, but Google maps helps here more:)
Clenliness, location, bus station is close
Bargain offer on a cozy duplex apartment with a little kitchen. Parking. Great support team here and on the phone.
While we have arranged (and paid extra) for a late night arrival, the hostess was still not really happy to see us. It felt a little uncomfortable. It was impossible to add breakfast at that point too.
Super location, tram bus fast transportation, Kaufland in 2min distance, pubs and restaraunts. Clean cute little hotel. Amazing staff. Room cleanliness and air conditioning.
Very helpful people especially the manager whose name if I am not wrong was Dennis. Quiet and nice location not too far from the center with convenient tram and bus connectivity.
Room size
Service was terrible. Politines and kindness - 0. If you request for support, they start screaming at their own language or give you toilet paper (that you never asked before but the lady assumed you need it). You must find out yourself that you arrived at wrong hour to ask for room service.
Sleepingroom was nice. Place to park a car near.
Toilet seat was broken, no cup or glass for tea/ water. Ididn' t got a recept for payment ( tax%).Shower floor was not so new anymore. Outdoors were closed already 8 pm.
