    Pros +

    • If you are looking for cheap accommodation in Prague (apart from hostels) this might be a good choice. The furnishings are very basic, but clean, and you get a private bathroom with shower (good water pressure and hot water). The location is not so remote as it seems on the map - there are frequent bus connections from the Red A line metro terminus in Letňany and the bus stop OC Čakovice is some 4 mins walk from the hotel. In 25mins total you can get by public transport to teh main train station or to the city centre. The location is very conveninent for events in the Letnany Expo trade fair area.
    • Free parking.... parking is a big issue in Prague. The location is near to supermarkets and public transportation...the hotel is 3 stars and you should lower your expectations
    • Room 206 is very cramped but comfortable. Very convenient location, high up in the city but close enough to walk down if you are reasonably fit. Free and ample parking spaces.

    Cons -

    • A kettle for hot water in the room would be nice to have. Apart from that, I did not miss anything.
    • The location is far away from almost every attraction of Prague. The noises from the street are too loud ...try to ask for rooms on the backside of the hotel.
    • I stayed for four nights, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. Towels were not replaced throughout the stay, and my room was located right across from the dining area, which made it very noisy starting from 7 a.m. every day. To make matters worse, there was a construction site right outside, creating constant noise throughout the day. As a student who came to take an important exam, it was nearly impossible to study or rest during the day, even with earplugs. There was no air conditioning in the room, and due to the outside noise, opening the window wasn’t an option either. Overall, it was not a comfortable or suitable environment for rest or concentration

The place was far from the city center, but easy to reach by metro and bus. The staff was kind, the check in online procedure made everything easier.

It was very hard to take a shower, as the water was not so much and phon was not available. Toilet was a little bit dirty and there were few insects (ants and one spider). Beds were separated, and noise from outside was audible.

I liked that my room had a small fridge. Unfortunately, there was no kettle, which is a pretty basic item in most hotel rooms. Internet was rather spotty on the third floor, and there were very few power outlets. In the first room I got, there were none close to any of the beds, which was annoying.

Breakfast Ok, Good parking Good localization

    Very small bed, uncomfortable

    10FrançoisPosted on: 1-27-2025

Staff got up at 3am to open as my flight was massively delayed

Thin walls, I could hear my neighbour grumble at his TV

    8TanyaPosted on: 1-17-2025

It was very clean. And ok, for one night.

The lady at the reception didn't speak any foreign language. It was very loud until late, because the hotel is near one main street.

Stuffs are good and they are available all the time.

No separate showers gel available there. TV not working. Wifi connection is poor.

Location, easy to get to the centre. Public transport is excellent, so there is no waste on expensive taxes. Massive Supermarket within 2 mins walk.Comfortable pillows. I would go back to this hotel.

No communication from staff. Nothing was offered where to go for a late meal or drink, as we arrived late.Pictures are different from the real room.Beds are very narrow, like a little single. There is no kettle in the room. Broken wall mount for shower head in both rooms. Non-smoking room stinks of smoke. In the end, what was total surprise. The receptionist would not say thanks for staying/choosing with us.Just "bye" when we were handing keys back and only after us saying thank you and bye.I'm hoping that the reason is language anguage barrier as they don't speak English.

    The breakfast was very good

The receptionist was kinda rude and room was very small with no appliances like microwave and i got 2 single bed when i needed a double bed

    2IramPosted on: 12-30-2024

i liked the shower pressure. i liked that it was cheap.

it was freezing at night, there was no heating. i was freezing. honestly this wasn’t okay! i wish there was a double bed. the walls were also thin, i could hear everyone around. disturbing my peace. there was signs that hotel wasn’t 100% clean. wasn’t happy.

All you can expect from a 3 star hotel. Clean, neat and basic. Breakfast was nice.

    7RomanPosted on: 11-28-2024

    Comfortable bed, big free parking

Quite far away from downtown, thin walls and curtains don’t eliminate morning light that much.

goot hotel, clean, friendly stuff, the only minus is the distance

    1MohammedPosted on: 11-17-2024

    Bad

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and displayed clear racist behavior through both his words and actions. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the staff are unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, a cleaning staff member also used inappropriate language, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.

    8JgreavesPosted on: 11-3-2024

It was clean, good room connected. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

Could do with a second bedside table. So no complaints.
