The room/furniture was very modest but clean, everything worked.

I'd prefer to have the kettle in the room.

The staff was very good

The place is away from the main touristy area! Its very quite and we almost felt that it wasn’t a genuine booking for a hotel that we have made.

1) location - near to tram stops2) cleanliness - room was tidy and bathroom was clean with required amenities

1) lack of central air circulation system in room which made it quite hot during sleeps. I had to keep exhaust fan on in bathroom;2) no electric socket bedside for charging the mobile phone

Great 24/7 service, thats why we chose it on the way back from Germany.

Unfortunately we didnt check twice the location. The rooms window was next to a busy road with trams and trains. A lot of noise all night through, so if you are not deadly tired as we were, try to find a more quiet place

Not enough power outlets to charge mobiles. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Very helpful staff, a min away from trams to all places, decent buffet breakfast.

Bad location, very noisy, whole night sounds of trains and trams. Lack of privacy cause room was next to the reception. Parking places don't look safe, Depressing neighbourhood. It takes quite a walk before you enter the beautiful city.

Not great beds, and all the rooms are on streer level with only windows - no bars - between you and the street.The breakfast is also over-priced by Prague standards.

Great location, close to everything, great price-to-value ratio, a bit old-school, but clean and tidy room, frequent room-service and an overall good little hotel.

The room was noisy. Not because of the tram and train running a couple of metres from the hotel, but the squeking doors, the noise from the hall (the door did not insulate well), I had trouble sleeping. The bed was alright, the pillow could have been a bit more thick, but that's a minor thing.

So teeny tiny room, the windows were located in front of a kind of house and curtains were so see-through so I wasn't feeling 100% comfortable

-Horrible wifi signal in the room . I was 2 meters from reception and I barely had any signal and was losing connection constantly.-Very noisy,right next to a main road and my bed was shaking when train was coming nearby.

Very good accommodation for excellent price, about half an hour walking from town center (10 minutes by public transport). Possibility to park a car for 8 euros per day in the supervised parking lot.

As mentioned in some previous reviews, the hotel is near the railway line, so it is quite noisy at times.
