Hotel Karlova Prague

Very central location, next to everything you want to see. Super clean and spacious. Nice breakfast and very helpful people. Also although it is very centrally located, it was very quiet! If I am ever back in Prague, I ll def stay here.

Good location in old town. Everything was clean and well presented. Comfy beds. Loved the shower as it had great water pressure. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with something to suit all tastes.

Very nice, tidy room with good amenities. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The desk was to high to work on it with a laptop.

What a great hotel to stay!Everything was very clean, the room was quite warm (-3 degrees outside), the bed was super comfortable, the wifi excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful, the location was great (walkable distance to all attractions in the old city center)!Definitely recommended and our first choice when we visit Prague again.Thank you very much!

Great location, the rooms were lovely and clean and all the staff were very helpful.

We were situated right in the middle of the “touristy” part of town which was exactly what we wanted, the hotel was quiet and warm (sometimes too warm). Our room was large and well lit with a pleasant view over the street. Breakfast was very well priced at 12€ each. And the minibar was a bargain!

Large room and very comfortable and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Karlova. They were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, our room was beautiful and comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. It was right in the heart of old town but the double windows completely blocked the street sounds when closed and could be open to let everything in when we wanted. We stayed in a couple other hotels while we were in Prague and this was our favorite by leaps and bounds. Oh, also, the shower was AMAZING. Thank you so much Karlova for such an amazing stay! Grateful!

The Hotel is great and will pick this hotel next time i visit Prague again. Kristina at the reception is lovely, very, nice , friendly , always smiling ang very helpful. She assisted us in booking a taxi to the airport and was very patient also when I asked her to change the time because I made a mistake and overlooked the time of our flight. Great location, only few steps to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square and only few minutes to Wenceslas Square. The hotel has 3 floors and accessible by lift and stairs. Very clean and new. There is brewed coffee maker, and hot kettle for tea and small refrigerator. Also, there is a Chimney Ice Cream Cake right beside Hotel Karlova which I love the most. I highly recommend Hotel Karlova Prague.

If there is a staff in the reception desk 24 hours. But, even if I need to re-book my taxi pick up time, reception staff is very quick to pick up the phone and helped my re-booked the taxi.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. Can walk to all the major attractions. The room was spacious with lots of closet space to unpack. The beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep on, great shower. Staff were very helpful.

Such a great place to stay. We loved the location and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was clean, spacious, and tasteful. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The coffee machine was also a huge plus!

Our only issue was in getting an Uber to pick us up at the location the front desk attendant told us we could get picked up from. We ended up walking further than we would have liked to get a ride that didn't cancel on us due to the pickup location and almost missed our train because of the delay.

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of the Old Town, with easy access to everything. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the free luggage storage, which was very convenient for travelers.It was unexpected how quiet the room was, considering the hotel is in the town center—perhaps our room was not facing the main street. Overall, if I return to Prague, I would definitely stay here again.

Location is fabulous, right in the middle of the Old Town, everything is walkable.

Breakfast room is small and cramped, we were in and out quickly, you don’t feel you want to have a leisurely breakfast.

Excellent location, just in the heart of the old town with less than 5 min walking distance to Christmas Market, astronomical clock, restaurants, pubs...The hotel was very clean and comfortable!The team are great.
