Location

The room was not what was expected, the pictures of the room were what I now realize just made to look good,carpet was filthy, the electronic lock and code stopped working, requiring a tech to fix it and get us into our room, this happened twice

The rooms, view and location were outstanding

Inconvenient and difficult that reception was not at the hotel. The staff at reception were not very friendly

The reception office was very difficult to find and there was no signage. There were no sheets for the second bed. I contacted the hotel about this issue, but they never resolved it. My friend had to sleep on a bed without sheets.

The location of this hotel was perfect for what we wanted to do in Prague!

The location was nearly perfect for us. The building was delightful, even the wonderfully wacky stairs. The business neighbors are fantastic, bb Gelato and Prague Chocolate are top notch not only for their delicious offerings but the people who own and operate could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Some of the towels were a bit tread bare, but still usable. We frequently had to wait a long time for hot water, I assume management is aware of the problem and will remedy it.The online verification confirmation process was terrible!!!!! It took multiple attempts and phone calls, you must straighten out that process, the aggravation is totally unacceptable.

Inconsistent or no resupply of coffee and water

The location was great for walking to the Charles Bridge. The area is full of shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Location is nice but quite noisy especially late night. i got confirmation message and access code about property. There is no staff and no information about how to enter the room. Only the place send me an email and ask pictures of our passport. but i see the mail after finding the office of place, its nearby but no information about it. i asked someone to find it. its very hard to compleate this step, if i don't find someone most probably i can not enter the room.

Location is great. right in the action. Sound proof windows are doing their job quite good.

Entrance to Our room was good but i noticed that entrance to some of the other rooms was in the middle of the stair case. it can be an issue to some.. No place to store your luggage if you need to. (we didnt as they were kind enough to allow for a paid late checkout)

Big comfortable rooms, but no kitchen. Possibility to have breakfast nearby. Equipped with coffeemaker, waterboiler and a small frigo. BIg bathroom, well equipped.

The apartment looked very grand. Everything was clean and organized. The location is just perfect.

The view of the square and the old rustic look of the rooms!

You can hear sounds from the square very loud. Especiallu in the late evening or morning (sleeping time) there are moments you wake up from loud noises coming from the square (people or cars).

Location is awesome, room was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Booking was easy and information sharing before arrival was clear and precise.

Noise from the street was more present in the room than expected. Booking was made for a room with 2 beds (one double + one sofa) but there was only one bed.

Excellent location, comfortable bed

Shower was slow to drain, no conditioner.

Mostly location, it’s close to everything.

The property has mostly you need, except microwave, spoon,forks and etc

Fully online check in, very straight forward to follow email instructions so entry is by 6 digit pin code (no staff are on site). Location couldn't be be better, close to a lot of the main attractions in the old town and many shops and resturants. On quite a lively square but with windows closed was quiet. Room was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Bag storage at neighbouring hotel was excellent for the final day.

No air con due to being in the heating season however it was ~22C when we stayed so did get a bit warm
