Budget Apartment

I choose this place for the location and that was great.

We had no hot water. Not even tepid. It was glacial run-off cold. We had to go to my friend's house to borrow a shower. Attempts to contact the hotel were never answered. Looking at other reviews this is a common occurrence. I would not recommend.

Good location Comfortable bed.

Paid for a studio. Got a tiny room. Smell of mold.and some.mold in the shower. Unnecessarily big bathroom, but no wardrobe. No glasses or cups. Uncomfortable table and chair.

The location was very good, close to central station as well and some km to walk to the most touristic places. We mostly walked. Also the surrounding location was very calm and also a lot of restaurants and grocery stores.

It would affect my decision to stay here once again, but it would be great to have even one-time usable spoon and cups. Also , the curtains did not close the view from outside, which was somehow uncomfortable for us.

Great location. It is just 25 minutes walking far away from city center. Everything was clean. There was also kitchen with equipments. And safe place. Perfect place!

Perfect location, beautiful view of Zizkovska vez from the yard.Calm and quiet, was clean - you could also decide if you want them to do a basic cleaning each day or not. Everything very basic, you have to be prepared for that, then it’s ok.

Extremely bad wi-fi connection. The bathroom smelled really bad (all the time, but especially on wet rainy days) no matter how much we tried to ventilate it. Not enough sets of dishes for 4 ppl. Only 3 chairs at the table (apartment supposed to be for 4).Windows open straight on the ground of the yard so you feel you could walk straight out of them- a bit uneasy about that. There was a tv, but no channels and it was all in Russian. Holes in the bed sheet, some dark spot unerneath the sheet that looked like a chunk of hair, I didn’t ended up lifting the sheet to check.

Comfortable and warm. Adequate space with kitchenette, small table and 2 chairs. Good security and lighting.Nice private bathroom.

A discarded mattress on stairway tended to obstruct passage. This was access to room but on common area, not private for Budget Apartments. Stairs on lower level looked dirty but have rough surface that must be hard to make clean.Really no complaints about the room itself.

The room is spacious, the location also accessible from Tram station hence easy to travel to City Center. There are a lot shop nearby for snacks and some stuffs.

Good location for the train station, quiet neighbourhood and cleaned room.

Just things for weak sleepers: the fridge made a very annoying continuous noise and the curtains are very light, so with the first light of the morning the room is all lit up

Myself and my partner had a very comfortable stay at the Budget Apartments in Prague. Nearby was a tram connection to the Old Town and all of the other sights there is to be seen. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were great for the price point. I would readily stay again.

Good location, very close to the tram stop. For a budget accommodation, it was satisfactory but could do with a bit of TLC. Street facing so noisy with the windows open but quiet with them shut. Quite clean but clearly some damp problems. Kitchenette was pretty basic and the shower head is ridiculously high but the bed was quite comfortable. It did for 2 nights but I wouldn't stay there longer than that.

First time we entered the room there was terrible chlorine smell, in couple of days it was bearable to live there. Other than that, it's okay, quite good location.

Very very bad behaviour, not professional at all. Not recommended for anyone.

The owner did not answer my call and messages, I had a late check in for my flight landing and connection problems. But when I arrived did not tell me anything or even suggest for the next day to come again. I had to ask my friend from Prague to call her and the next day I arrived she just gave me the key for the door upstairs and did not explain to me the code or key to open the main gate. I basically booked and did not stay there for her refusal to even accept a phone call.

Quiet location away from tourist area, tram to city centre nearby, large supermarket close by, plenty of bars & cafes in neighbourhood, good value for money

Shower not always hot; bed was a little hard for my partner's taste; nobody at property at arranged arrival time, had to borrow phone from a local to call property & gain entrance on first day - if you don't have roaming on phone it can be hard to get in touch with property quickly

It was clean and affordable

1. The location was overall good, but the apartment is located on top of the hill !!and for reaching out to tram and busses, you need 10 min climbing!!!2. I have seen 4 silverfish in the room and toilet This was disgusting!3. Every essential thing was there, but there weren't any slippers !!!

If you want cheap apartament in Prague here you got best deal so far, very close to train stration.

maybe there needs something to make the room darker from the sun light if you want to take a nap

The bed and pillows were very confortable. It was clean, had a TV, great internet connection, lots of public transport nearby, a kitchen with all tools needed to make a meal. Room temperature was ok not hot not cold for this time of the year, no noise outside and calm streets arround. A mini market just 10 meters from the appartment.

No hot water. On the first day (25th Feb) by night there was no hot water so we reached to the number for support and it was told that the plumber would come by 8:30 AM. The issue was fixed by 1PM and by night we could confirm that we now had hot water and it was fully working. By todays morning (27th Feb) there was no hot water again.
