Helpful staff, clean room, cold fridge! Great!

Misleading Information – Breakfast Not Included as BookedI stayed at Planet Prague Hotel and was very disappointed to find out at check-in that breakfast was not included, even though I clearly booked a room with breakfast on Booking.com.The hotel staff said they were never informed by Booking.com that my reservation included breakfast. I had to pay €13 per person out of pocket, which was not expected—especially frustrating during a short one-day stay with a small child.I chose this booking specifically for the included breakfast, and this miscommunication completely disrupted our plans. I never received a proper explanation, and this lack of clarity and accountability is unacceptable.Not the experience I expected from Booking.com. I hope this is addressed to prevent it happening to others.

The hotel was quite lovely. We really enjoyed the curation, the room names and overall vibe. Even though it was only a floor in what seemed like an official building, we faced no issues. The hotel is located just off a road which has all kinds of restaurants and cafes. We loved the complimentary wine bottle as well as the candy on the counter.

We could not keep our luggage at the hotel reception post checkout becaus the staff said he had some errands to run and won't be back in time for us to pick up the luggage. Small inconvenience.

The carpet is very dirty, the linen is very worn, there are no bath products or small bath towels, the lift does not go up to the 6th floor, so you have to climb a whole floor of stairs to get there. So, a very bad experience with a baby and a pushchair. In general, I would not recommend this hotel; nothing about it is nice.

chose this hotel based on a Booking.com recommendation, advertised as a special discounted offer. It was presented as a 4-star hotel. Only on the way to the hotel did I notice that Google lists it as a 3-star property.The access to the hotel is completely unattractive, leading through an administrative/office building.The hotel does not offer any breakfast at all, which is disappointing given the advertised category.

The hotel and facilities were very nice and pleasant. It was great value for the price.

There is an elevator up to the 5th floor, and from there you need to take the stairs to the 6th floor where the hotel is. It’s really not a big issue—just a minor inconvenience.

It was very nice and clean..and very good location…you can go to the downtown by foot!

Access to important points of the city.

The hotel was located on the 6th floor of a passageway, and there was no elevator on the 5th and 6th floors.

The room was clean and generally well maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, and after the first day, the receptionist we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel has potential if properly managed.

Our first impression was not great due to the initial receptionist, who had a very strange and unwelcoming attitude. He seemed either extremely disinterested or just generally annoyed.The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning – it smelled heavily of mold and mildew, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. We turned it on for one minute and had to open all the windows because the smell was unbearable.Additionally, we booked a room with direct terrace access (as shown on Booking), but in reality, the terrace was located elsewhere and not connected to the room, which felt misleading.

The room was very spacious and the location is great.

The property is located on top of an OLD bad looking building. The building is not clean at all but the rooms for the hotel are fully renovated and clean. The AC was not working.

Reception available 8 am to 6 pm. It is on the 6th floor and the elevator takes you to the 5th floor and you have to carry your luggage vis the stairs which is very annoying

Staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly.Room was exactly as the photos show, a big sized room, lovely bathroom and shower. Very clean and comfortable .

Good location. Liked the concept of planets in each room and attention to details for the room decor according to the planet. Coffee and welcome wine was also very nice. Restaurant for breakfast was also good with fine food selection.

The cleanness of the room could be improved (eg the chair had hairs and was wobbly, there was dust on surfaces not often used). The receptionist at checkin was completely uninterested, as if we bothered him by showing up. Tissues in the bathroom would be nice to have.

Generally nice rooms and good location

Air conditioning didn't work and just heated all night, which forced us to sleep with the window open next to a busy and loud road. It was not a very relaxing experience.Luckily I have a small car otherwise parking isn't really an option there.As compensation we received a 8€ bottle of prosecco ?

The room was so comfy and clean, the staff were so nice and helpful. Had a great time there and would definitely go there again.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great terrace. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast - very short walk from the hotel.

you have to enter old administrative building, get to the top floor and climb the stairs so you can enter the hotel, which is basically one floor rented as a hotel - therefore no lobby, no bar to socialize. Also, the check out is quite early.

The staff was very helpful, and fluent in English.The breakfast was sumptuous. The staff was also kind enough to arrange a little surprise for us.Location is quite close to the old city centre.Highly recommended
