Location - 2 blocks from Train station (I.P. Pavlova). Close to restaurants, 10 min walk to Wencelas Square and 10 mins walk to Charles Square. The hotel had an elevator so it helped with our stroller. Other hotels have steps at the front door.
We have our infant son so it would have been nice to have a bar fridge in the room to keep his milk cold. The ice machine was in the lobby and they only turn it on when needed. Our room's ceiling was slanted so it was a lot smaller specially with a cot.
The hotel was about 30 minutes walk from the center of old town which provided less touristy options for entertainment and food. The hotel included an excellent breakfast.
The hotel met all my requirements for a 4 star hotel
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The breakfast was really rich and contained everything we wished for and more. The room and general area were clean and comfortable. In general, a great deal for the price I paid.
The city area is busy with cars

The night attendant could be a little more friendly when asked about local rules. Not beautiful room at all, the heating system was all in, too much hot inside the room, and the air conditioner was not working properly.

The twin beds could be a little larger it is kind of hard to sleep and it would really help if they provide paper sleepers.
It was very clean. Good location. The bedding, linens, etc. was good quality. The double-windows made it quiet. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get a kettle from the reception with a €5 deposit, but it was ok. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of warm and cold options.
Most properties offer an hour or so of complimentary late checkout. Not them. They were asking for €10 per hour. Also, the entrance is a bit inconspicuous to locate.
