Pros +
- Location is great and staff are friendly and professional.
- Good water pressure, close to the metro. The towel rail dried the towel well.
- Great location, friendly staff and the room was simple but clean. Parking for just €7/night (it’s usually around €20 elsewhere).
Cons -
- It is so loud. The first morning we woke up, the cleaning ladies were making so much noise in the hallway at 7am, we couldn’t sleep, the main entry door was right next to the room so everyone that came in and out was slamming the door and waking us up. Guests are loud, we just couldn’t rest like we needed to. Very disappointing.
- There is no TV, let alone a kettle. There is only one power socket in the room, and it is located where the TV should have been — far from the bed. The shelf in the bathroom is very small. There is nothing in the room except the bed. Soundproofing is extremely poor — even the slightest noise from neighbors can be heard. Some rooms are located right next to the kitchen, which means you can hear absolutely everything during breakfast. The place feels more like an hourly hotel — a motel of very low quality.
- Very thin walls! Just wear earplugs and you will be fine. Uncomfortable bed, but we were there just one night, so it was fine.

Staff, once we managed to speak.
Was a but difficult to obtain the code to enter the hotel after checkin time. Some internal miscommunication occurred. Nobody answered Fixed line number on multiple occasions. The AI managed to find a cellphone number somewhere and that number answered. After that, issue was quickly solved. Thank you.
Nearby metro station, self check in
The 3 star for this “hotel” can only be a joke. They don’t even provide a hairdryer, despite the fact that it’s listed the among bathroom amenities. When I went to the reception, they were like, yeah, your room doesn’t have a hairdryer, we can’t do anything. I requested a room change that they rejected due to lack of room availability, however I saw available rooms.
The receptionist lady was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
No free parking available in the area
Possibility to check-in/out at anytime. Location is close to the metro station. Breakfast and parking on request. Comfortable bed, clean bed linen and towels. Friendly staff.
I have chosen the cheapest room. Shower head missed the gasket so the water sprayed in unpredictable directions. There is no electrical socket at the head of the bed.

Passable
Not TV and Not Fridge in the room. Not elevator Not suisitable for travellers with big suitcases
The Hotel Arko is located a bit out of the city center in a residential area. It is close to a metro station on Red line C (Střížkov), and if one do a little orientation it is easy to get to and use it. The metro is good and safe. It takes some 20 mins to get to the city center. The staff in the hotel all spoke English and were service minded and helpful. The room is nice and fairly big with a big bathroom. The garbage was emptied every day and every two days was the room fully serviced.
The only smaller points of concern was that the table was a bit narrow and with a metal bar on the ground that was a bit uncomfortable, and the only other point was that the matrass was a bit thin.
I really liked this hotel. Comfortable rooms, all amenities in the room, heating (which pleasantly surprised us), friendly staff, nearby there is a metro, bus stop, shop. Everything is great, thank you))
Good location,close to metro.
No view in back room, facing another building..
Good location, very clean, very helpful staff
The building is noisy
Hod hotel for stay overnight with brekfast
Close to metro
A nice small hotel , surrounded by massive council estates. But it is still clean outside, no graffittis on the walls , and the area does not look dangerous.8 minutes walk from the tube station. A nice bakery shop at the station, coffee and hot-dogs.Bed was comfortable, the bathroom is massive. Good shower pressure. No mosquitos.
No kettle in the room The furniture and the carpet are old and shabby.
The hotel was excellent in terms of the room and facilities, and great value for money. The room was spacious and carpeted with individual beds, and clean blankets and towels. My daughter particularly enjoyed using the carpeted floor to do her activities in the evening. The bathroom was clean and again very spacious. The staff was friendly and they had free treats (lemonade, cupcakes, and candies) for their guests. The hotel does not look inviting from the outside, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered and felt the whole cozy vibe. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I recommend 100%
Water was passing slowly through the shower drain, so perhaps that could be fixed, but it was not at all an issue.
The hotel was basic but suited our requirements. The area was near the metro and had a lovely park nearby.
The room wasn't cleaned whilst we were there and the breakfast was basic and that was reflected in the score.
Comfy bed, tv
Missing refridgerator
Great location right next to metro stop. Very easy to get into city centre.
Bit noisy at night. Our door opened out into the breakfast hall and even small footsteps sounded very loud.
Cozy hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom.Very friendly reception staff. The hotel is located in a supermarket and bar complex, close to public transportation.
There is no TV in the rooms and there isn't an electric plug near the beds.
