The location is perfect for exploring old town Prague. Steps away from Charles Bridge, 5 minute walk from the town square.

The room we had was on the smaller side with a sloping ceiling and on the 5 th floor with no elevator.

Location and breakfast

The first night room is on top (45), which has bathroom toilet and bedroom that all need me to bend to use them because of a low sloping ceiling and hit my head several times. Then it was switched to room 23 which is perfect for us!

The hotel is not so modern and the room was not particularly large but everything worked well

Check-in was easy & the two desk staffers were very accommodating. Excellent room. (No elevator.) Excellent location. Will return.

Breakfast was fine, but the staff member responsible for maintaining the breakfast buffet failed to refill most of the options. She appeared not very interested in the guests.

We loved everything! It was our first time in Prague, and we were absolutely delighted. If we visit Prague again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town — just a one-minute walk to Charles Bridge. The metro is a five-minute walk away. The staff are polite and friendly. I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything met my expectations and I was satisfied with the experience.

The only downside was the shower head. It seems old and should be replaced, as it affected the comfort of taking a shower.

You can't sleep in the room at night, all night you could hear a lot of walking, banging, creaking, a large number of people (probably staff) on the higher floor, after 2 nights it was impossible to sleepBreakfast was terrible, insufficient quantity, food and drinks all empty - very small selection, cold, waitress in sweater and sweatpants replied "I'll give you what I have"

Only problem was there was no elevator. Lobby on second floor so must be able to climb stairs. Luggage was a challenge. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

Great location, breakfast was wonderful, restaurant on property was 10/10!

The walk up the stairs was a little daunting.

Location perfect, staff super friendly, but very small room under the roof, quite expensiv.

Very small room, for one night business trip it was ok. But quite a high price for such a room, but this is Prague

Great location in Prague 1. Within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and attractions

We booked a deluxe room however, it was on the fourth floor with no lift. The concierge was off but the housekeeping staff helped us wiyh our bags. The rooms are poorly designed and whilst we understand its an old building some more thought could have gone into the layout and guest comfort. The bed was on a mzzanine floor with extremely steep stairs, with very narrow treads, that started 30cms from the egde of the bed. The light switch was at the bittom of the stairs which made going down during the night a challenge, additional switch at the top would be better. The shower was mounted on the centre of the wall outside the shower screen, so had to be held to be used to prevent flooding the bathroom. A longer hose to allow repositioning would have been better. For a room which cost almost €300 per night I really think the hotel could be better.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast

A fantastic hotel in the most central and convenient location. The breakfast was very good, the room was beautiful and extremely clean, and the service was exceptional—even arranging transportation for us. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, welll-appointed room, super central location. The ceilings!! Excellent breakfast. Compared to 2 years ago, when I was last here, the place has improved. There was a multi socket plug and the telly worked. This time I would have scored the establishment a 10, if not for a problem.

Upon check out you're supposed to pay the city tax, which is 2 euros. Fine and dandy. But they printed a receipt for 10. I asked why and they told me it was a tip. 8 euro tip for what exactly? Checking me in upon arrival? It's a hotel's job. They have no lift either. So, when leaving, I had to drag down my case; at the last step before reception one of the cleaners tried to help. Anyway I've never seen a hotel include a tip in the bill at all and printing it out without warning you first is wrong.

Perfect location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean.

Best location, near the old town square and Charles bridge! Same breakfast every morning but tasty and decent. Coffee was good. Room was comfy and very clean. I recommend this hotel if you want to be near all the important locations in Prague.

We traveled in December and heating was very poor at night. If you come to breakfast late you'll be able to find only leftovers at all the trays. There wasn't even water for drinking left.Poor sound isolation - we could hear every tiny sound from the room upstairs.Even though we had a wonderful time.
