Very good location, near the tram with different lines and connections. Very good breakfast with a wide selection. Nice size room and bathroom. Nice friendly stuff.

Very convenient location. Spacious and neat lobby with an ambient atmosphere. Excellent and informative receptionist. Several tourist amenities such as free local city tour I didn't have time to use.

No heated rack in bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The staff wouldn’t let our group sit in the common area/bar area without ordering drinks even though there was nobody else in the room. The person at the desk wouldn’t give me more water for my room, but, the manager overheard and said he had some extra water bottles and gave me two. I think he was trying to make up for chasing us out of the bar/seating area earlier. I felt things were on the stingy side rather than being generous with things that didn’t add much cost to them, but, mattered to them experience of the customer.

Hotel location was excellent, close walk to Old Town and other areas of interest. Neighborhood felt safe.A two-room suite - Room was spacious, 1 comfortable large bed and a smaller one that was harder. Room was clean and had plenty of room for clothing and accessories. Front desk staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and tourism recommendations.

Sound insulation was terrible - every time that someone upstairs flushed their toilet or took a shower, we heard it. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but not as good as some others in the neighborhood. It is understood that a hotel buffet will be more expensive than many other options for breakfast, but for that price we should receive a premium selection.Very little counter space in bathroom for our own shampoo, hairbrushes and other items.

Hotel nice, transport very good easy to go almost every touristic place, restaurants near.

Clean room only at request ( put label on the door) and no change of our bed sheets in 5 days..Bar was open only in the evening and with limit something to eat.They need to change their curtains ( old and dușty)

Fast check in and check out ,property cleanliness, recently renovated, 1 minute walk to Tram station, 10 - 12 minutes to down town by Tram .highly recommend

We stayed as a family, my wife, our two children (ages 2 and 3), and myself.The breakfast was plentiful and very good.The hotel is centrally located, just seconds from the metro, and we walked to all the main attractions.We visited during winter, and the hotel met all our needs.Highly recommended!

The room was a good size, very clean, and very comfortable. The shower was excellent.

My only complaint was the smell of the room that I suspect was from the products used in cleaning. I have asthma and it affected me greatly the first day. We declined housekeeping services, and the smell faded each day. Other than that, this was the nicest hotel!

Perfect location, very close to the Old city, very convenient public transportation. You can leave your luggage after check out. Nice and friendly stuff, good breakfast. Big spacious room.

The location was perfect. Tram stop right outside plus walking to Petrin park and Prague Castle. Many food options close by.
