Hotel Paris Prague

Location, breakfast, amenities - hot tub, gym, etc. room was lovely, staff were helpful, walk to everything.

Location and closeness to the old town square. Breakfast was delicious.

Wellness center had limited hours and abailability.

Location was perfect to walk every in Prague 1. The room was spacious with a large closet and bathroom. The staff were so lovely and even gave me a special little cake on my birthday. Tony’s Cafe had the BEST schnitzel!

This isn’t that important to me, but the advertised “wellness area” is very small and dated. Don’t expect any 5* facilities.

We loved it, location, helpful staff, great facilities, very clean.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was varied and the room was beautiful.

Location was excellent. Very close to all attractions - the main square, restaurants and points of interest. Very easy to navigate and the staff was very helpful. We like the historical building and the hotel restaurant was good.

it took a very look time for the hot water to come through. Otherwise everything else was good

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Prague. Staff were friendly and helpful, without being in your face .Breakfast was fresh and we ordered omelette's some mornings ,no problem. It's central location was near old town square and many good ( Irish ) bars. One of the best hotels we stayed in , will highly recommend it to friends and hope to stay there next time we visit Prague. Ps : The price was very reasonable.

Room 404 shower is set very high and a small entrance makes it quite a task to get in and out.

Great location, very good breakfast, lovely architecture in the hotel. Very well placed for the old square and walks to the river.

The hotel itself is steeped in history and perfectly situated near major attractions, with the Powder Tower just a 2-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom floor is heated—a wonderful feature for winter. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, lovely staff. Food in the bar was surprisingly good and excellent local wine. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff write absolutely fantastic they gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine as a surprise for my 30th birthday was very nice of them. the hotel is really nice perfectly located would defiantly stay here again

the only complaint I had was the Spa the hot tub wasn’t very hot but the sauna and steam room were very hot so it was fine other than that place was perfect

A very beautiful building. An ideal location for walking. A spacious, clean, and cozy room. Very friendly staff. A good sauna.

Monotonous breakfasts.

The location is amazing - right in the city center. The hotel has a nice decor theme of early 20th century design which we find unique. The room was huge - which was very convenient. The breakfast was nice and had diverse options.

The room’s toilet were not clean enough. The dry sauna was out of use for several days during our stay.

Breakfast was excellent and the location super given our long walks in the city.I want to note the excellent service of your employee doorman. He is a senior middle age man with white hair that help us a lot with tips and also handling our baggage and helping with the taxis.I felt bad when we left on last Tuesday as we did not have cash to reward his help.Everybody also in the reception was excellent and I commend the man above for a good merit increase or bonus given the assistance and service he gives.

May be you need to update/upgrade your elevators and they seem little slow.
