Hotel Opera

Buffet breakfast. Location at tram stop and short walk to metro.

Room was noisy due to trams passing outside around a bend in the track. Curtains barely reached the edge of the window and street light entered room. Some of the smallest bath towels i have encountered. Hand shower only in bath tub. 2 x single duvets for a double bed. Bed creaked loudly when moving, waking partner. Poor wifi in room. Only minibar, no in room coffee or tea.

The breakfast was very good, different options to choose from, the fresh bread and coffee were really good.

The hotel is next to a very busy road, so the rooms facing the street are quite noisy, the mini bar was kind of old too so it was also noisy.

Hotel needs little renovation.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the Florenc metro station and convenient to the old center. The area around the hotel is a bit noisy due to the traffic but nothing tragic. The hotel is older but well maintained, it would definitely benefit from a few things to be renovated, but for the price - the service, location and staff are excellent. Great breakfast, which they constantly replenished until the last minute of serving. Excellent cleanliness and and the staff's willingness was at a top level. Overall a very good experience and we would be happy to return.

Nothing important - there was no mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom and the thermostat had its own head, it was quite chilly at night, but it was fine under the duvet and we had a good sleep.

The location of the hotel was excellent, tram stop right outside the front entrance , only a 20 minute walk to the centre. the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. our room was large and comfortable however the pillows were large and too soft for my liking. The bathroom was huge however there is no shower , there is a shower nozzle but this has to be handheld as there is nowhere to mount it on the wall. The room did not have kettle and I was informed that they were not allowed to have them in the rooms??. The room does have a fridge/minibar and the prices are reasonable. Otherwise I had no complaints and would book Hotel Opera again.

I wish that the cleaning could have been done more meticulously. Our bathroom had silverfishes. There were also some ledges that were dusty and had strands of hair.

Location , facilities and cleanliness.

It would be nice to have more healthy choices for breakfast.

No shower, only a bath to sit in and rinse shower by hand, you can’t stand.. Hairdryer did not work.

The location isn’t bad, but it’s not in the city center, which we were already aware of. The hotel is simply correct

The hotel is quite outdated, and if you’re looking for modern facilities, this isn’t the place. The staff were just average, nothing special. Breakfast was basic. It felt a bit expensive for what it offered

Beautiful hotel with kind staff, we enjoyed getting back to the hotel after long days exploring the city

We really wanted to have the possibility to boil water in the room, but when we asked for hot water the staff accommodated and helped.

Room breakfast and location were excellent. Staff member on arrival was very helpful.

Nice room, clean and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was good and staff very nice and accommodating.

Location was convenient, although the area in itself wasn’t particularily nice. Tram stop right in front of the hotel and the tram took me very quickly to Prague 7, which was very nice.The common areas in the hotel are cozy and have charm.

Breakfast was very basic. Single room was very small and the bed was tiny.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Despite the good aspects, hotel has extremely bad and rude receptionists, especially women. Two women who rudely behaved to us. It will be better if the manager have more qualified staff here.

Nice, clean accomodation and friendly staff.

I enjoyed the breakfast everyday.. except on the last day.. the staff was refilling the breadtray, and one piece of bread fall on the floor and a guest picked it up and handed it to the staff. The lady of the staff put it on the side.. (which was a good sign) however minuts later after the guest went away and she was done filling the whole tray she placed the piece that fell on the ground on top of the other breads. It was very unfortunate, and I regret not having approached her. However I hope this feedback can reach her. For the rest she was very kind and helpfull.
