Bed was very uncomfortable, the room needs to be cleaned properly. If it was not the staff and the location, installation would have rated with 5

It was like going back to the early 90’s. Dated, uncared for, smell of cigarettes and staff nonchalant.

The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it very easy to explore Prague on foot and by public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite specially (Dennis) and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it offered very good value for money, especially for a short city trip.

Breakfast was good and fresh; however, a bit more variety would be appreciated.

Clean and centralized location to all the attractions

Although the staff was great at tending to my needs, I tried booking the parking in advance that was stated in the house rules but the link was a bit too much as I couldn’t find the actual website for the parking.

The location is quite good and the basic cleanliness was there

The staff was okay not very supportive. We got delayed by 15 minutes for checkout for which the staff tried to create panic. The card deactivated quite early before the checkout which added to the struggles. Check-in process took quite long. And overall the property feels quite old. A small cupboard to accommodate your clothes was not helpful either.
