Great location, in the heart of the old town, near the central square, close to Charles Bridge. The room is warm, there was a large shower and a separate jacuzzi. A huge, comfortable bed.

Breakfast is served in another hotel and you have to go there, and it's not very convenient, especially in winter.

Room and bathroom were enormous. Location could not be beat. Bed was comfy and they left chocolates and champagne for New Years! I was woken several nights by a repetitive banging sound but wasn't sure if it was coming from inside the building or out.

The motion sensitive lights go off too quickly or don't come on quickly enough in the hallways and stairs. This was especially concerning on the stairs which are a little tricky.

Location was perfect, rooms where huge, staff was friendly. Safe parking.

There was bad smell in the bathroom. Without this, we would have rated 10.

Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Breakfast staff was helpful.

We had a really nice room, but wish there was an elevator.

Amazing location. Big room, nice staff.

Water pressure was not so high around the time that everyone in the hotel was showering.

Perfect location

The rooms were very cold even after we turned on the heat. Also, the cleaning lady turned it down in our second day making the room get even colder.

There was bars in the courtyard just outside which was noisy.

The location was perfect - a very short walk to the old town square and Charles bridge and etc. There is an elevator (lift), the shower pressure was good and strong, ample hot water. The balcony is adorable.

No complaints. Just be aware that the reception is separated from the rooms by a little alley.

We had large room on 4th floor which was lovely. Also had added bonus of balcony amd view if top of church . Nice big shower and jacuzzi bath too.Breakfast is in sister hotel 90 seconds around the corner. Breakfast was standard European breakfast and good (nb: the breakfast food is split across 2 dining rooms that noone told us first day. Hot is on room to right, cold on the left)

Not an issue, but no lift in hotel so you need to walk stairs.

Close to all that there is to see in Prague!

No parking available. Booking up front was not possible.

We stayed in the room in the picture on the 4th floor, it was large and light as in the image and we loved the access to the roof terrace - a great way to start and finish each day having a quiet moment above the rooftops especially with the beautiful weather we had.The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town.

The room is on the fourth floor and there are no lifts - it was a tough climb after long days walking the city (but worth it for the room and the rooftop balcony!), I wouldn’t recommend the room for anyone who struggles with stairs

Lovely accommodation with a balcony which,as smokers,we very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated within two minutes of the Old Town square. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will,hopefully,return next year.
