- Lovely staff, comfortable and spacious rooms/suites. Great breakfasts. Overall, cozy. Daniel was particularly helpful!
Cons -
- Too many stairs going into hotel and to get to rooms.
- Breakfast lacked variety and was exactly the same every day.We experienced a serious safety issue in the room: one of the drawers fell when my wife opened it because the legs were broken and had clearly been left that way. This was potentially dangerous — if it had been our child, it could have resulted in a serious injury. The hotel’s solution was inadequate: the next day they simply removed the legs and left the drawer in the room completely unusable.Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected better maintenance, safety, and customer attention.
- WiFi went out a lot no tv or internet all evening Too many stairs which was a problem since we were 3 seniors with canes.

The room size was good and comfortable. The hotel is very well located and well connected, close to metro and tram stops. Many main tourist attractions are within walking distance.Breakfast was acceptable, though simple.

nice position. just across the river. Great breakfast the room is very big
I m not a fan of the floor in the room.
Perfect Location - amazing view of the castle.Five minutes walking to Charles Bridge and ten minutes walking to the old town.Trams are in front of the hotel’s door which can take you all around the city.Breakfast has a big variety of fresh products.Danielle is a super friendly person full of kindness and professionalism.
1. There should be an option for the pillows. Some guests prefer soft and some guests prefer hard. I booked this hotel for 4 nights and I did not sleep neither night because of the pillows.2. The elevator does not stop on the floors but only between them. So it is difficult to carry your luggage between the floors. The same problem is in the entrance. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the entrance up to the elevator. No bellboy to help.3. The switch is not next to the bed so you have to have your mobile phone already charged.

We absolutely loved our stay at Klarov Hotel. Finding this place truly felt like discovering a precious gem in Prague. The location is fantastic — incredibly convenient and perfectly situated. During our entire trip, we only needed to take a taxi three times. Both the city center and Prague Castle are just about a 15-minute walk away, which made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable.A very special thank you goes to Olga for her warmth and hospitality. The way she welcomed us and helped with every question made a world of difference. Thanks to her, coming back to the hotel always felt like coming home — and that is something truly priceless. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, cozy, and elegant. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared, adding a perfect start to each day.If we ever return to Prague, there is no question where we will stay. Klarov Hotel will be our obvious choice.
The location was perfect, walking distance ro everything. Quiet area, away from the busy streets. We had a junior suite which was well appointed and the breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruit and a wide choice of breakfast food . We really enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel.
Location
I rarely write reviews, but now I feel I have to. I hope this helps others avoid the unpleasant experience we had. The hotel’s rating is very high for a 4-star place. The location is good, but there is no parking. In addition, the carpet at the reception is dirty, the elevator is small, old, and dirty, and the furniture in the room is old and of poor quality. The yellow armchair from Ikea has already turned brown, and the bathroom fan is extremely loud.We left the hotel, and I urge everyone to think twice before booking here.
Daniel at reception was very friendly both on arrival and departing. Extremely helpful
No tea facilities in bedroom and only one medium size cup. Shame there was no evening meal or lunch option.
To start, Daniel at the front desk was exceptional! He helped us get checked in easily and answered our questions. We requested an iron at one point and he had it delivered shortly after. He was also very accommodating with my Aunt and Uncle who needed to change rooms for accessibility reasons. We also loved the spacious room, the complimentary coffee and the delicious breakfast. The location was ideal for walking to the castle, Letna park and the Charles bridge. It is very close to the tram station as well which was very convenient.
Great location for site seeing. Clean rooms. Good variety for breakfast.
Mini bar prices.
Good location, 10 min walk from Prague Castle, you could see the castle from the window. Metro station was right outside the building. Easy to get to city center. Staff was great, very kind and helpful. Confy and spacious rooms, they had free refreshments at the reception. Would definetly go back.
The staff was friendly, location was very good and it was very clean.
Great location, 5 min walk to old town. Tram and metro station right outside the door. Staff are friendly. We had a castle view room which has a view of the castle which is lit up at night
Room with Space and Comfort
Breakfast okay not exceptionalDon't keep the cooked food warm
Excellent location, view from the window, proximity to the metro, clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfasts, helpful staff. Olga at the reception is very sweet, attentive, caring, answered all questions, helped, speaks languages perfectly.
Curtains: already very old
great location, friendly staff and perfect view.
breakfast could be much more better. when you get a bit late, you will find yourself waiting for hot meal tray to be filled again for a bit longer time.
