Very spacious rooms with everything you need. View into the inner courtyard ensured that the room was exceptionally quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful place, great decor, equipment and lovely heated bathroom floor. A bath would’ve been soooo nice but the shower was great anyway. Breakfast was delicious and delivered on time by lovely ladies. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful and the lobby is equipped with some good necessities. Building is secure and the lift is good and working well. Bath robe and slippers were a nice touch. Location is good albeit with the roadworks it’s tricky to walk through but if you’re driving, there are parking spaces by the building.

The location was perfect between the main Prague train station and the Florenc Metro station. Very quiet location. Hotel not too big. Breakfasts lovely, even for non meat eaters like us.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also a good size. The location is excellent — just a few meters from the metro station, which made getting around very convenient.

Breakfast was decent overall. I was initially skeptical because it’s delivered to the room, but you can choose from around 12 options. The selection is somewhat limited, but acceptable. However, the service was inconsistent. On one occasion, my breakfast order was completely wrong, I ordered coffee and received apple juice instead. I also asked for honey, which was not included,etc. These mistakes were frustrating.A major issue is communication. There is no phone in the room. Instead, there is a tablet to message the reception or staff via WhatsApp, but responses are slow. When I complained about the incorrect breakfast, no one came to fix the issue or assist at the time, so we were left with the wrong order.Cleanliness was very poor and well below expectations. Housekeeping seemed limited to making the bed and emptying the trash. The floors were neither mopped nor vacuumed, surfaces were not dusted, and the bathroom floor remained dirty. On one occasion, the towels were not changed. I raised these issues, but overall cleanliness did not improve,although I was promised so.Another disappointing experience was during checkout. Although reception is supposed to be available 24/7, when I tried to check out at 8:00 a.m., there was no one at the desk. I asked for assistance, but no one helped me, and I was simply told by the kitchen staff after knocking several times on their door that I could leave, which was not professional or reassuring.Overall, despite the good location and spacious room, my experience was negative due to poor cleanliness, lack of staff availability, and slow responsiveness.

The rooms and facilities are lovely and you can’t fault any of it. It was -6 outside at times and the room was cosy and underfloor heating in the bathrooms were a lovely touch.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast is great. A quiet and convenient location with some good restaurants nearby. The metro station is a short walk and only a couple stops from the city centre which is also walkable

The place was amazing - new, stylish, clean, with a pleasant scent and every facility you could ask for (down to a heated floor in the shower). It’s located about a 10–15 minute easy walk from the Palladium and the Astronomical Clock. There’s also a metro station very close by, and we really enjoyed our stay there.

On our first evening there, there was no hot water. Communication with the reception is done via WhatsApp messaging, and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. The only thing I didn’t really connect with was the breakfast concept. The meals themselves were tasty and fresh, and they are delivered to your room within a time window you choose in advance. However, you have to select the type of breakfast you want during the day before by 21:00, and there are fixed time slots. So it happened that when the early slot was already taken, we had to book breakfast for the 10:00–10:30 window, which is very late, and unfortunately, that morning it was also delayed. I don’t like being dependent on fixed times during a vacation or having to plan my schedule around them, so on the last day, we simply didn’t order breakfast at all, even though we had paid for it.

Very good channel of communication - from time of booking. We arrived after midnight, and clear instructions were provided on self check-in. The suite was very spacious with ample storage and hanging space, and everything required was available: coffee machine with pods, kettle, mini-fridge, hairdryer. Beds were very comfortable, room temperature easy to control. Bathroom was also spacious, ample towel and toilet paper. The suite was tidied everyday, which is a huge bonus. Great selection of breakfast every morning, which is selected the day before. The dishes are well presented and large.Very quiet, inside and outside - we barely heard other guests and hardly any noise from outside, despite a major train line right next to the apartments. Location - a little bit away from the center, a good 30 min walk to the Old Town Square but public transport is just around the corner. Also, good selection of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. There's also a spa in the building, including sauna, steam room and relaxation room - raging we didn't bring our swim wear.

Very little - the only complaint is the pillows are very flat.

The BreakfastLocation is great with access the Metro, Tram, Bus. In fact the main bus station is within walking distance.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was wonderful. Very clean .The woman who brought us our food every morning was incredibly kind. Thank you very much.When we return to Prague again, I would choose it again.

The accommodation is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the underground and a large shopping centre and mall, with a fantastic car parking option available. The property was immaculately presented, very quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and everything felt well thought out. We also chose to include breakfast, which was amazing – very generous portions, warm food, and beautifully presented.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

This is a very interesting property. Located not far from the Florenc subway station and Prague's central bus station it's not highly visible and the Google map directions are simply awful. But it's definitely worth the effort. Stylish, comfortable rooms and the best breakfasts I've ever experienced at a hotel - nicely served in your room.
