Location was perfect. Hotel was beautiful. Beds were super comfy.

The room was wonderful. We loved the high ceilings and the location.

Complimentary coffee in the morning would have been great.

The toiletries, for one thing. Pine needle scented. The exfoliat soap a real plus. Comfortable bed and linens. Great breakfast buffet. Historic building. Pleasant staff.

The rooms are a bit small but what would one expect from a refurbished buidling where Franz Kafka worked. Elegantly redone.

The water flow in the shower was very weak.The breakfast could have some more variety (especially healthier options) like egg whites omelette, low fat options of cheese and dairy peanuts butter.

Perfectly located hotel, just a short walk from the historic center. Clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated, with an excellent and varied breakfast. The staff is very polite and kind, always attentive. The facilities are extremely comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely an excellent accommodation option.

Clean fashionable handy location great staff. Rooms attended to every day. Large bed very comfortable.

Room was a little cramped for 3 days and cupboard space limited. Couldn’t open windows for fresh air so not really a fan of A/C. Hotel situated on tram line so can be a little noisy at night but you soon become accustomed to it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Away from the chaos but close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

maybe have more variety on dinner menu and room service menu. when the weather is cold/ rainy, sometimes you don't want to go out to find food. the bar downstairs could serve tapas like snacks with drinks

The AC in the room was very hard to set for desired temperature.
