Martin Hotel Prague

Liked that there was a restaurant right downstairs.

Waiter was pretty rude

The people in the reception were very friendly. They helped us with everything. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options to choose from in the open buffet. The corridors always smelled good. Approximately 15mins walk to Prague 1. Supermarket, pharmacy, exchange office, and great cafes/bakeries just around the corner.

The room was clean and comfortable.The hotel's location is excellent. Everything you need is close and convenient.This is a comfortable hotel.

The room was small but comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The fact that it only does bed and breakfast made the morning much less pressured - nobody asking for your room number.

The fact that reception closes at 8pm. I don't know what I would have done if my colleague hadn't been arriving before me. There really was nobody on the desk in the later evening or night-time.

Tv didn’t work, dated hotel, thin walls…we were woken up by the people talking next to our room

Michelle at the reception was amazing, because of our flight we had to leave at 3am so we were going to miss the amazing breakfast they have, so she offered to prepare a breakfast to go the night before. Never in my life we had this offered, and it was AMAZING! they went the extra step, will definitely come back next time in Prague. Blessings to Michelle and the best for her future

Their kindness in helping to accommodate my husband who was injured on our trip.

The restaurant was not worth going to for dinner but the free breakfast was quite good.

We were four people and the room was big and comfortable.

Nothing particularly bad about the hotel, although the bathroom is a bit small.

WORST ROOM IN PRAGUE GUARANTEED!I don't know who gave this hotel 4* but some inspection is needed soon. Awful "moldy" smell in room, very old A/C again stinky and loud, the bath was older than me and again very dirty the same for sink. Pipes are clogged, so the bath or sink will get full of water in a minute. TV was not working and again was very old. There are some nice paintings on the wall with extreme dust, spider webs and some dirty stains. And the entrance to this room is a joke, see the photo. Photos of room are faked... at least our was, see the bath and sink. I paid more than 300eur for a one night and I feel scammed.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location is good.

Firstly, the mattress on the bed was too soft, which caused us to experience back pain.Secondly, there were no slippers provided in the room.Thirdly, the battery in the TV remote control was dead, and the TVs were not working properly. Even worse, after 9 PM, there was no one available to respond to requests or fix any issues.Fourthly, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, which are usually provided in a three-star hotel — whereas this hotel claims to be four-star.

great stay! wifi was good and stable, breakfast was nice, location is great as well, not far from old town center

The location is perfect and there is a nice paid parking nearby. The price for what you get is more than good and there is a nice breakfast.

Huge room, comfy beds, talkative personnel, clean. Towels changed daily and the room was cleaned too. Foot accessible location but also connected by public transport as perfect as it gets.

The toilet was split from the shower and it was a bit cramped for a high person, but still it was pretty fine.

A great place for large groups. The location isn’t as quaint as some other hotels but great value and a good place for families

The staff were amazing, really good breakfast and great location.

My room was too hot, if you’re on the top floor there’s no windows to open and therefore no blinds to shut when going to sleep. There was a slight damp smell in the room also.
