It was clean, the hotel is situated in the city centre and the staff was really friendly. I recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Prague. This was not my first trip to Prague but my first experience with this hotel and the next time I’m coming to Prague I’ll book a room here

Excellent location. Very close to anything you might need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable mattresses. Nice view to the square.

No deal breakers, just some little things that can be improved:- the shower hose is very short and doesn’t have an upper hanging spot- there was no towel rack near the sink for the hands & face towels- one of the nights some guest were extremely loud. It would’t have been such a big deal once, but they woke us up 3 times

Location, staff and breakfast

I had a very comfortable stay. Since I arrived in the morning, I went to drop off my luggage, and they kindly said they would prepare the room as quickly as possible. When the room was ready, they called to let me know. The room was already nicely warm, and the bathroom was, of course, very clean as well.

It was a little difficult to control the room temperature—for example, even when I turned the air conditioning down, it sometimes seemed to get warmer instead. Still, in this season, it’s better to be warm than cold.

Clean and spacious rooms! We visited Prague off season so the prices were low! Definitely worth it! Very good location also, approx. 12min walk from the old town square!

Saturday night was a bit noisy from the streets.

The location was superb, close to old town squere. Also Kafka's head is right next to the hotel.

Location in the centre of the city. Street is full of restoraunts, pubs, and mall.. waling 10 minuts to city centre and main atractions. Huge recommendation!

Location is good. It is very close to Wencenlas Square and mustek station. Walking to the old town take 10-15 mins. There is lots of restaurant and shops in the area. Mall is just opposite and you can find lots of foods in food court at very reasonable price. Tram stop is on the other side of mall and very convenient. Room is clean though a bit small. Breakfast is great. They offer good selections and qualities.

We have booked the smallest room and we think it is too small. We recommend the other room type.

Location is very central, rooms have a good size and are comfortable and very clean. I was there during the Christmas Holidays and they did a nice gesture by gifting me with some sparkling wine and a panetone!

Very convenient location and everything is walkable with public transport and shops close by. Staff were lovely and very helpful

Out of the 3 rooms we booked, one room had a dirty bathroom floor.

The location is perfect! But beyond that, the staff are very nice and helpful, all the facilities were at top condition, and our room was very clean.The breakfast was really rich and diverse, and everything was super fresh.

Not a lot of variety for breakfast. Also air condition wasn’t adjustable, was fixed to a set temperature.
