Modern and family friendly. We really appreciated the play corner in the restaurant. Food was delicious.

The room was not particularly clean.

Looks nice, but was never able to stay there.

I never was able to stay here. The front desk is only manned during certain hours, so if you arrive after hours, they are supposed to send you a code to access a lockbox outside the hotel to get your room key to get access to your room. Unfortunately, they never sent the code, so I was unable to gain access to the hotel, and multiple messages and phone calls to try to reach the property were unsuccessful, so after waiting at the hotel for over an hour and half, I finally gave up and had to request a refund through booking.com and find another hotel for the evening. The hotel subsequently followed up with me about a day after my stay, and apologized for their mistake, and offered me a one night stay in the future for free. I contacted them 2 months later requesting availability to take them up on their offer, and they never responded again.

Probably the best value place I have stayed In or Near Prague. Room was nice, clean, all necessary confort.

The only inconvenience for me was the opening hours which are form 8.am. That's about it.

I particularly liked the very beautiful and friendly lady behind the reception, with the black hair and glasses!?The place was great even though about 45 mins from centre by bus and metro.

Only fault I can find was scrambled egg at breakfast was too runny (sorry cook)

I liked the housing system, the cleanliness of the rooms and the good quality of things.

I did not like the poor quality of the heating system (it works a little and stops) I wish it worked well as everything is good and eye-catching

The restaurant manager was soooo rude with us as the breakfast was very poorIn the first night there was a wedding party that continue until 2 am so difficult to sleep because of the noise music

A quiet place with parking, within 20 minutes from Praha city center, very good for business travelers who likes golf courses and want to transit Praha, we did not bring our golf clubs but next time we could play some holes in the early morning. We will come back and enjoy this great location.

The guy at the reception was trying hard to do his best even it was everything new. He was alone doing golf reception, hotel… respect how he handled it.

The girl at the reception in the morning was HORRIBLE!! Not friendly, unprofessional!! Really very disappointed! Everyone was complaining about her attitude! Very disappointed after the day before check in. I will never return just because of this !! If you want to wake-up and have a nice day for sure don’t take this hotel !
