No microwave, There are no large beds with a single mattress; all of them are made up of two separate halves

Convenient location, new furniture and the hotel itself. Enough storage space for long stays

It was ok for the price. Very big room with all amenities. Everything fully functional. Cleanliness was acceptable. Heating was very good (end of october).

Location is a little far from metro and tram/bus. We received a room in the attic with windows very high on the sloped ceiling and we couldn't see asolutely nothing outside. Bare floors.

Very friendly service, i booked wrong date and they gave me option to reschedule. Comfy and clean - been already 5x. Recommended.

Location and comfort

Ok, this is generally not a bad place BUT:- this key system sucks big time. First we didn't receive the virtual key before the arrival in Praha. What if I did not have mobile data roaming? Second, you are fully dependent on your phone and should watch the battery - if you are coming to the hotel after the reception is closed and 20 o clock and you are out of battery - sorry, sleep outside I guess. Third, this system sometimes took 5+ attempts to unlock the door, existting with different error messages. Less important but still irritating: whoever made this place apparently hasn't ever used a BNB, otherwise they would have at least a basic idea what one who travels needs. You spend tons of money on an oven and a large fridge with a freezer (wtf, are we going to cook a frozen duck or what), but there is no simple toaster or a microwave.Finally: for 80+ eur per night you could include coffee/tea for every night, not only for the first one.

It would be nice if the kitchen would have a few basics like salt, pepper, oil. If one comes only for 2-3 days and wants to cook, it is a bit of an inconvenience to buy all these things for such a short time.

the studio apartment was very clean, and well located. The bed was comfortable except that it was 2 singles side by side. The kitchen had good appliances, including oven. The shower had good hot water pressure. The onsite staff at reception was very helpful and friendly as were the cleaning personnel.

The online checkin was hard to manoeuvre. Despite the presence of the oven, there was no ovenware so we could not use it. While it says online that there is a tea and coffee maker, a kettle etc. There was just a kettle. After 2 days of requesting a coffeemaker, one appeared at noon on Day 3 of our 5 day stay. The tv worked well however it was fixed flat to the wall so one could not watch it from the bed. A swivel arm would easily address this.

Clean, cozy, spacious room. Quiet despite being close busy streets. Easy checkin & checkout.

Bright lights from the kitchen appliances shone into my face during the night. I had to cover them up.

Nice location, close to the city center. Clean towels, clean shower, no need to interact with the staff since the hotel and room keys are managed through an app. We didn’t see the staff at all – nobody disturbed us. There is Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed and clean bed linen.

It was a bit noisy since the windows faced the road. Minimalist design. No air conditioning, but there was a fan. There was space for a washing machine, but no machine itself.

Check-in The last minute message to install the app, confusing street numbering hence direction. We came at dusk, Internet roaming didn’t work, had to ask a passer-by for help. The telephone provided was only for messages, sending a note over here didn’t reach (a kind Czech lady gave hot spot to rescue us but later Omar said he didn’t receive. Luckily some guest were going out so we could enter and find a Reception 10’ before closing. After 10 h flight it was horrible experience. In the end all worked out, 2 days later the young lady receptionist taught me how to use the app. We are retired people and for us the eKey is novelty.

The room was very clean, friendly staff.

No parking, I mean, you can park in a nearby hotel but it will cost a big amount.No possibility to park at a normal price.

Easy to find, spacious room, easy check in process, they will keep your luggage before check in or after checkout. Secure building and room. Walking distance to the metro station. Clothes washer in the room. Great value!

A little noisy due to traffic noise. A little stuffy in the room with no AC, even though it was not that hot while we were there. (for the price I wouldn't expect AC) One bed sheet had a stain and a hair that made us question cleanliness. However the rest of the room was spotless.

-very comfortable bed, everything up to date, wifi worked well, clean-handy location short walk to tram number 9, takes you straight downtown (the flat side of Prague)-very easy to buy tram tickets right on tram, all you need is a credit card

-it's on a pretty noisy traffic circle, if your room faces the street-when it's hot, you need to leave your window open, fan is provided, no AC

No ac. So in Summer it can get pretty warm.
