Good location - 5min on foot from the metro, great breakfast, very clean, quiet and spacious rooms.

Decent location and accomodations aren’t that bad; nothing special.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean when I arrived. The staff was very friendly though and done their best to get the room cleaned up as soon as possible.

It was clean. Quiet.

There were no slippers in the room.

The staff was not empathetic in the special night shift reception.The bedding was a poor, short blanket, unable to cover me up and there aren't spare if needed.

Breakfast poor. Bed not comfortable. Shower over bath had no curtain so floor was inevitably very wet after each shower.

Nice location, next to the O2, and the subway is also very close. Clean large rooms. Good breakfast

Thin walls... very thin walls. Unexpectedly at 6 in the morning, i thought that somebody started talking right in my room.

Good location near metro and tram station to reach the city center, spacious and clean room and bathroom, tasty breakfast, parking, overall great stay on a short vacation and good value for the money.

During my short four days break I didn’t find any particular weaknesses that would be worth highlighting.

Large clean room, breakfast is good for the price, full carpet, large bath and bath tube, easy transportation.

Minibar is unplugged as a hotel policy, can't use it. Hotel is at a silent district but walls are so thin that you can even hear vibration sound of next room's cell phone.

Well located - in a quiet neighbourhood, close to tram and metro stations. A supermarket and a few pubs/restaurants are nearby as well. Quick and early check-in. Rather cheap (300 czech crowns/day) parking next to the hotel - and despite the earlier check-in we could leave our parking 4h longer than the check-out time with no extra cost.Clean room equipped with comfortable beds.Fine value for money.

Pretty basic and repetitive breakfasts. Although the pancake making machine is great, it is a little bit unfair to turn it off 30 minutes before the end.Lack of a kettle and some tea/coffee making set in the room is a shame.AC was rather not-working, but with the window open, the temperature inside was all right.

The location is good, the room is nice and clean

The breakfast is poor, the lack of fresh vegetables isn't nice. But the biggest problem is the room itself, it literally has no air! It's impossible to stay or to sleep since the room is sauna! The air conditioner is weak and located really badly, so it doesn't help at all. And the lack of minibar and teapot isn't nice as well. I stayed a lot in 4 stars hotels and they all have both mini dar and tea pot and tea set. The hotel really doesn't look like 4 stars and not worth its money

Good size room and bathroom. Fresh towels daily. Basic, clean, good value accommodation. Continental breakfast included.

Location of hotel a little further out from Prague 1, but not a major issue. You can hop on the underground or on a Tram just up the road from hotel. Taxis also available from hotel if preferred.
