Disappointing stay due to unprofessional...

I was absolutely shocked by the attitude I received from the front desk employee. Not only was she extremely inhospitable and rude, but she also made racist comments toward me and my spouse. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice staff.

The old lady in reception should learn how to talk with customer!!! She was definitely racist.

The bathtub was great for bathing. The room was spacious. The breakfast was great, the corn cereal was extremely tasty. Overall, the stay was good.

Even in spring, my mother requested an extra mattress in the room and was denied. The maid who helped us reinforced the request. The heater in the room did not work. There was no cable TV or Netflix. The hotel was close to restaurants, but not very close to shops. There is no sandwich maker for breakfast, which prevents you from heating up the bread with cheese. Overall, the stay was good.

To small beds, the smallest tv I have ever seen with only 5 programs.It is OK if you stay for a night, but I would not recommend for a longer time.

The door to the bathroom was just a closet door that did not close properly. Me and my friend got an good laugh, but if you can't live with that it might be a dealbreaker.

Due to unexpected issues, I have to urgently book a room in Olympik Tristar. The booking went well. Although reading on Google, there are several complaints about the unlockable bathroom. This is true, the bathroom cannot be locked but as I travel with my friend, it's not really an issue to arrange between use. Breakfast is decent. The juice (orange juice and apple juice) can be a bit more concentrated, it was too dilute for me.Otherwise, the room was pretty ok, located not so far from Metro and tram. I think the value is good for money.

There is one strange thing that happened to me. Maybe I was very wrong, I'm not so sure. But after placing a reservation on Booking and received a confirmation that "Total amount to pay is XXX euro". At the reception, the man as me to pay double (2 XXX) as "This is the price for 1 night, you are staying 2 nights". Even after several times, I asked him "Are you sure? I don't think that's true". He insisted on charging me 2XXX for two nights and kept pointing in the words written in Czech "This says this is the price for 1 night". Of course, I cannot read Czech, and I opened my Google Translate to translate that sentence and the sentence saying "Total price to pay" :). Surprisingly, after this event (Google Translating), he said "Please wait for a minute, I will double-check". Huhm, so if I was not very stubborn, I was double-charged? He turned to ask another lady at the reception and they just mumbled together for a few seconds, she didn't even look at the booking form. Then he turned back and said "Ok, you're right" and finally I paid the correct price of XXX. I don't really want to hypothesize the situation, but for what happened, it really ring my sceptical alarm a lot.

A good price for this standard of hotel in Prague. A little bit further out but within a ten minute walk of a metro station with easy cheap and regular transport to the city centre. Hotel facilities very good.

Daily charge for on site parking but a little bit pricey. The reception staff were rather abrupt.

The breakfast was tasty and varied. Although the breakfast restaurant got pretty crowded at times and had to hunt for a table.

It was massively overpriced at a close to 100 euro a night.The bad was a 2 person bed, but with 2 mattresses.
