    • The location was excellent, right inside the town square. It was a bit odd to walk through a restaurant to access our rooms but even the restaurant staff was pleasant and had nothing to do with the hotel. The price was among the best in searches and adding to location, made this an amazing choice. Would recommend!

    • Old town was in a perfect spot. Easily get around to everything. THE ELBEM HOTEL STAFFING WAS TRULY HELPING, WELCOMING AND ASSISTED US WITH EVERYTHING. WE ENJOYED TEA AND , MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE AT THE OLD TOWN. THE WHITE HORSE RESTAURANT AND STAFFS WERE WELCOMING .THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL STAY

    Cons -

    • Nothing in particular came to mind. The main reception was about 2 blocks away from the building the room was in...but was no problem for my group. Maybe just something for others to consider
    • The hotel an 8-10 minute walk away from the Emblem Hotel, where you are expected to check in. It is a bit confusing and is not nearly as nice as the Emblem (deceiving based on photos). On our first night, we noticed a wet spot in the bed which we then realized was from the comforter. Some red/orange fluid (we still don’t know what it was) was on the comforter where we were supposed to sleep. I called the front desk to fix the issue but they said housekeeping was gone for the night. I had to sleep without any blankets for the first night in a bed that I was barely sure was clean. The next day, Jakub, the general manager apologized and agreed to refund me for the first night. Housekeeping fixed the issue the following day. It is a shame that I had this experience because the hotel seemed otherwise fine, but I couldn’t get passed the gross bedding experience. Would not recommend.
    • A bit confusing about check in location. If you choose apartment- your check in in different place ( 100 m away ). Not big problem but need to explain customers in what address check in and address of your stay

The room is huge with the best view possible right on the old town hall square. Very vibrant, room looks new, everything was clean and tidy Just take in consideration there is no elevator. We were on 2nd floor but it wasnt so bad.Everything is close. Walilking distance to everything. Dont miss the sausage and meat in the square.

Missing an elevator and no good ac, which in warm days can be tough.

    Location in square

In a restaurant and no hotel amenities nearby

We didn’t have the breakfast included, but sat outside on the Rest’t patio and it was excellent. Our apartment was really nice- had the use of the dining room where I could make a delicious espresso coffee. A very nice lady ( staff) made sure I had cream available. They had a communal kitchen where you could keep some items in the fridge. We were very impressed with all the facilities. Also, check out the “ White Horse” Rest’t downstairs. Very beautiful and great food.

    Nothing at all.

    The location was great

It was set up more like an apartment rather than a hotel. It was more like an air b and b. If you want more of a hotel experience, stay at the emblem hotel and not this related property. Also, there is no elevator and you had to navigate so many keys to get in and out.

Located in the central of old town! Anything you need is walking distance. They have AC, a dining area, washer and dryer and anything you need. Staff was very friendly and answered all questions

The location is fantastic! We loved being right in the square. The beds were comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

    10RobertPosted on: 5-9-2025

Location could not be better. One of the only, if not the only, hotel rooms with balcony right on Old Town Square. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities were also a nice addition. Room was large, very clean, and comfortable.

Excellent location, large spacious room with a lovely bathroom.

Gorgeous place, many facilities, great location right in the centre but felt really safe and secure and staff were amazing!!

A few issues with the bathroom etc but were fixed quickly. The room door was difficult to lock properly

    10KevinPosted on: 4-20-2025

    Great location! Superior views.

Ensure if you have an early morning check-out, that you take your keys with you so you are not locked out and locked in at the same time.

I just want to say a huge thank you for a perfect stay! The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city and close to everything — a major advantage. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of to make our stay more enjoyable — including the underfloor heating, which made a huge difference in the chilly Prague weather. The service was warm, friendly, and professional, and we genuinely felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was simply perfect.Thank you for everything — there's no doubt we'll be back again, and we'll be recommending you with all our hearts!

Location, Location, Location. The amenities were great as we were traveling with kids. We had access to laundry, a kitchen and what ever we needed. We will stay again especially if we are traveling with kids.

When we checked in, it was night time, close to midnight. I must admit, in the beginning the place had a spooky feel for me. Maybe it’s because we just newly arrived and I’m not used to a hotel bedroom that is so huge and with high ceiling. We eventually found the place to be very homey :) Nothing spooky :) Location is unbelievable - right at the heart of Old Town Prague. A must-go is the bar at the basement- “White Horse”. It is historic, beautiful, great vibe for drinks/dinner, and they would even have a live musician. The cafe at the ground floor is nice, too, with the Astronomical clock at stone’s throw distance.

We were in Prague in very cold February. The heater system was weak :(

I have nothing to fault. Everything was great!
