Was close to all attractions , no need for transportation

No washing machine in the flat but a public one in the building

Great value for money for the price we paid. The apartment was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect as it is very close to the Old Town Square and ideal for exploring Prague. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

We got a great deal and the stay exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. That said, the rates can be much higher at certain times, and at those prices some guests might expect a bit more, as the apartment is fairly simple despite being clean and well located.

The apartment is super warm and comfortable ( temperatures outside were subzero and we were wearing shorts and short sleeved shirts indoors). It’s super clean, tidy and spacious. Also it is very close to the old town square, 3 minute walk. There is honestly nothing to dislike about it!

The location and cleanliness and amenities and price are amazing.

The heater was not working. I reached out to the host (whose number was given to me in the message and in the apartment guide) and he never replied.

The employees there are very supportive and the manager name is Joseph so polite and friendly

Great apartments, super clean bathrooms, it was much appreciated.

The common areas were not super clean.

I loved the how central the location is and the ability to park in the middle of Prague in a secure area.

Families beware, there is a night club right next to the building. You can google it. Tuesday night on the second floor the entire apartment was vibrating from the bass and the noise was very loud until the wee hours of the morning. Thank goodness we left before the weekend.

We loved the location, really close to everything. The apartment is nice, spacious and modern, if a little bit scuffed here and there. The bathrooms were great, large and with space for everything. An excellent place for two couples to stay, if it wasn't for the...

...nightclub just beside (and below?) the building. Every night except Sunday and Monday the music beat through the bones of the building, on Friday and Saturday until 5 in the morning. Even ear plugs just helped a bit. We still managed to sleep, with some difficulties, which is why I'm not giving a worse rating.

There was not enough equipment in the kitchen and the design of the apartment was too simple.

Apartment 4D was completely unacceptable and unsafe. The sofa had exposed broken wooden support beams making it dangerous for children, and it was visibly dirty. The bedsheets were dirty and appeared used. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom - a basic hygiene requirement. The toilet randomly drains water showing poor maintenance. Extreme nightclub noise made sleep impossible throughout the night, especially problematic with a young child. The apartment looks nothing like the photos - missing decorative elements and appears neglected. We messaged the property about these issues but received no response. The overall cleanliness and safety standards were far below acceptable, and the false advertising is misleading to families. This apartment should not be rented in its current condition.

Great apartment style hotel. Lot's of room. The apartment itself was a great structure. Huge windows and lot's of light. Very high ceilings. A decorator's dream. Old building with alot of European charm but also nicely updated bathroom. Well appointed and good condition. The only issue we had was we were on the second floor above a bar that played house music until 3am. So the walls were vibrating and you could hear the beat! Our friends who were on upper floors couldn't hear anything. The location is perfect for getting around Prague. I would recommend and possibly stay again if we came back to Prague. Nice cafe adjacent. Convenience store near by.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had almost everything you need for vacation. It was clean and tidy.

Fees upon arrival. Many services like laundry are an extra fee.

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 6 nights. The location is excellent and just a short walk from the Old Town square and astronomical clock. Many options for dining and nightlife all around the apartment building. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor (apartment with small terrace) and was a decent size for our needs. The sleeper sofa was made up for us when we arrived, so that was appreciated. There was night club directly below our apartment, so it was pretty noisy on a Saturday night when we had the windows opened. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs or a white noise sound machine (which we always travel with). We did not cook in the small kitchen because there are too many amazing restaurant around, but did use the provided french press for coffee in the mornings, the refrigerator to keep our drinks cold and the microwave to reheat leftovers. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast each morning in the cafe in the building (The Spot), which had amazing food and great coffees! Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Great location, close to major sights. Room very comfortable and spacious for two people. Did not use, but appreciated having kitchen with many features - would be an excellent place to stay for extended time.

The location was great. Relatively close to the main train station. Staff were friendly. Room was decent size for 2 ppl. Cafe downstairs had a great menu. We only ordered from there once and it was beverages.

There were no sheets/bedding provided for the pull out couch.
