Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!

Clean and pleasant room, a 5 minute walk to the underground station. Good breakfast selection.

I was on the top floor with the ceiling windows but when i was book the hotel that moment never was mentioned

The breakfast was nice, many varieties of food. Minibar, good size room

The room was not heated when we arrived so it was very cold and took time to warm up the room. The TV kept turning on on it's own both nights, waking us up.

Almost everything is perfect. Cozy, cool, clean, comfortable.

I would like to recommend a bit more choices to the breakfast menu.

The room was very clean and hot. The beds were big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Maybe location. It was a quiet neighbourhood but Prague is full of streets with ups and downs. You have to walk almost 2 km to the Center. However, it is near metro and tram stops so you can take a transport to reach easily everywhere

A very beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds, satisfactory room size, breakfast with a wide variety, good location. The staff was polite and helped us with our questions. I highly recommend it.

the rooms, beautiful

the staff. especilly at the reception, we really had the feelling that we were disturbing. we wanted to stay longer as we really loved the rooms, but the "not welcoming" at the reception pushed away. we went to another hotel where the rooms were not that cute and spacious, but the staff was smiling and made us feel welcome and now we want to go back to that hotel again, with some friends.

It was close to the old town

We booked a hotel with twin rooms but when we got there they gave us a room with double which ruined our night and the next day too and we were told that if we dont like the room we can cancel the booking and go to any other hotel at 11 pm. If you cant offer us the twin beds room then why give that option and why not tell us that its not available.

Cleanliness Hot water and heating facilities

No double duvet available - two separate single duvets for a queen bed, which was very uncomfortable. We asked to replace them, but they said they don't have any.The breakfast place was extremely crowded as the place was being shared by 2 hotels. The toaster was the slowest. Sometimes, you had to wait for crockery so long, and the breakfast experience was not good at all!

Carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Was quite worn out and not very clean.

The rooms are very noisy as they are next to the road, I couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise. There was no heating in the room in December and the radiator was turned off. When I turned it on, it took hours to warm up and I was freezing all night. A very bad experience. I didn’t sleep at all.

The hotel is not new… You need to walk a bit to get to public transport.

I booked a room for the night of November 27-28 with a double bed, but the room offered to me was a room with 2 separate single beds. I explained this to the reception and said that if there was another room, I would like to keep it, otherwise I would like to cancel, but they did not help me in any way and made me a victim. I called booking.com and asked for help regarding the cancellation, but the hotel rejected all cancellation requests. I was forced to pay for a hotel that I did not stay in, especially the lady working at the reception, JANA, instead of solving the problem and listening to me, she constantly ignored and did not help me in any way. It was terrible and very bad customer service. I will never come to this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Only location was good and breakfast was not normal for 4 stars hotel

Staff wasnt friendly and they didnt have normal connection between of them,wifi wasnt working,breakfast was very poor ,everything was old,i was feeling myself in India not in Prague

The location is quite normal. The breakfast is very good. The room is spacious and beautiful. It's good that you can leave your luggage after check-out for a symbolic fee.

I didn't like the internet. The bed creaked in my ears. We arrived late at the hotel the day before we left and found that they hadn't refilled the coffee at all. I don't know what they thought I was taking it to take away. If they had emptied the trash can, they would have seen the opened coffee packets. I felt insulted.

Hotel is really amazing, absolutely recomend. And the location is in the walking distance from the center, in a neighborhood with good restaurants and nice coffee bars.

Spare bed wasn't the most comfortable

Nice place , very clean , nice crew and nice breakfast .Just did not like the bed , was too hard for me . It was quiet also.

The bed and pillows too hard and not confortable for me .
