Pros +
- Breakfast was really good, the staff was helpfull
- Сlean rooms and common areas. The breakfasts were good.We had a spacious room with plenty of space to feel comfortable. Each of us received our own key, which was very convenient (we know that some rooms only had one key).
- One of the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered in a hotel. The location was great considering that we came to Prague for a show at the O2 arena. Most importantly: huge thanks to the friendly male receptionist that checked us in before the check-in even started. We were able to get some rest after a long bus drive. It was a life savior. Thank you!
Cons -
- The parking in front of hotel is quite expensive
- – The reception staff was quite unfriendly and came across as rude and unhelpful.– The room was a bit noisy-you could hear footsteps and stomping from other guests, which affected the overall comfort.
- Pillow very uncomfortable and very noisy hotel. You can hear every steps in the room next door, upper floor and in the corridor. I spent 3 nights and barely slept. It's a shame because the location and breakfast was good

Clean, comfy room, excellent location and marvelous breakfast! Thank you!
Nice breakfast.. Clean rooms, warm..
The late check-out, the breakfast
Pillow very uncomfortable and very noisy hotel. You can hear every steps in the room next door, upper floor and in the corridor. I spent 3 nights and barely slept. It's a shame because the location and breakfast was good
My room was spacious, clean, smelled nicely, not hot and not cold. Hot water even during the late night included. Breakfast was delicious (eggs, bacon, sweets, deserts, form of buffet) and definitely enough to start your day. Receptionists were friendly. Location is around 13 minutes walk from a train station and from trams/metro. Very convenient for O2 arena/congress center visitors.
great hotel close to o2 Arena, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, staff ready to help anytime, close to metro station - less than 10 minute walk
We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time! The hotel is clean, quiet, and a very pleasant place to stay. The room was spacious and warm, with a nice and tidy bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which we really appreciated. In the morning, we had a tasty and varied breakfast. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the metro and bus station, and there’s a shopping mall nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.
The only thing that could be improved is the parking policy. It would be better if the parking was included in the stay price rather than being charged separately. I believe most guests would prefer a slightly higher room rate instead of having an extra expense like parking.
Location - 300m from metro station lone B.Breakfast was above expectations
The economy room was very cramped, just like for hobbits, not for humans. The shover cabin is cramped. The entrance to toilet in the room had stupid stair and very low doorway - it was easy to break your head for a tall guy like me (197 cm).No kettlе, no mini-fridge, no tea & coffee set, no bottled water, nothing what you usually expect to see in 3* hotels in Europe.
It's a special experience in the real boat hotel, and it's convenient to get to some famous sights. You can enjoy the good views when having amazing breakfast.
The room space is not very big as you can image that this hotel is in the real boat.
A lots of variants in the breakfast. Coffee machine, juice machine, cakes, warm meals etc. Room was clean. The only thing is that it was a bit stuffy and there just happened to be a tour so it was noisy in the evening. The location could be better but at this price it’s as okey as possible.
I was assigned a room that could hardly be considered a proper one — more like half a room in the attic. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, no slippers, no wardrobe, and no note with the Wi-Fi code. When I tried to call reception to ask for the code, I discovered there was no phone in the room either. Since I was on the upeer floor, I had to go all the way down myself. When I asked about the missing amenities, the staff member replied, rather indifferently, something like, “Well, if this were my hotel, you’d have that — but it’s not, so you don’t.” No suggestions were offered on where I could get these things. It was a Sunday, and the nearby shops were closed anyway.I also didn’t feel safe in my room at 2 a.m., when two men were whispering and laughing right outside my door. As there was no phone, contacting the reception wasn’t possible either. It felt quite uncomfortable.
The quality of service depended entirely on who was on duty. Some staff members were polite and helpful, while others acted as if they couldn’t care less about the guests. The interiors were disappointing — dull corridors, outdated décor, and an overall atmosphere that reminded me more of a dormitory or barracks. The photos online must have been taken many years ago.Breakfast, however, was genuinely good — you definitely won’t leave hungry. But it seems that all the hotel’s effort and resources go into breakfast and not much else.Overall, there appears to be little understanding of what service actually means. The staff seem preoccupied with their own matters, showing little warmth or hospitality.English is not my first language — but apparently, it isn’t theirs either. When I didn’t understand something immediately, I could clearly see their irritation, which is quite unprofessional for hotel staff. What if I had problems with hearing? The quality of the internet changed when moving even on the small room.To be fair, the room was clean, and the hotel is close to the metro — though the surrounding area is rather bleak and uninspiring.
Cosy hotel in Vysocany area. Friendly staff, good price, tasty breakfast. We also loved Pod Kastanami pub next door - great atmosphere and hosts!
Tea / coffee or at least water could be served in the rooms
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant recommendations were great.Breakfast was very good.
excellent breakfast, bathroom very clean and clean sheets, staff friendly.
room at top has sloping roof which makes for an uncomfortable sleep. It's a budget hotel though so nothing to complain about.
The reception staff is so kind and friendly!I came back this hotel because of the excellent breakfast, including hot meals.
The bed is not good hard. Also the window of the room is too small. It should be much convenient to have an electronic kettle in the room.( I used it in the common kitchen.)
very clean, good breakfast
the night receptionist wasn’t kind, and the king-sized bed were just two bed put togheter
The room and bathroom were clean. Location was good.
I would expect that a 3 star hotel would have a fridge in each room. The room I stayed in was quite small. Most hotels also have chairs in room, and in this there was only a stool.
Great breakfast, good internet and desk for work.
Loud floors.
