The front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival and helpful with dining suggestions as well as directions throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were plentiful.

Close to everything

The staff was rude in their attitude We have a late checkout because of medical reasons and they wanted to charge us And also the employee told me she don’t like me as a customer so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me they gonna block me at booking Very great customer service. ?

Most of all I liked great location. Near the city centre and the bus station.

The blanket was thin.

The Hotel location was well within walking distance to all of the old town area that I was very interested in seeing! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I chose the basic room, which was small but PERFECT for a solo traveler.

In my opinion, this Hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive, so I have no "negatives" for this hotel!I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague! :)

Bed was not very comfortable (sagging mattress) and the air conditioner was not strong enough, so we had trouble getting a good sleep.

Great location just outside the busy city center of Prague. Our room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was amazing - buffet with lots of options, including dairy-free alternatives.

I found the bed not as comfy because I prefer a firm mattress.

I like to stay at Motel One because there is no surprises. They keep up the same standards in all their branches. Everything is just exact to meet your needs. In this branch, the location was great. It was a walking distance to the city center and to the rail station. There were also plenty of opportunities of public transportation around, farmacy, grocery stores, pastries stores and restaurants.

The assortiment of nuts and seeds at the breakfast could be better, but this is just a suggestion and not really a problem.

Location was great

We were on the second floor and there was an outside spot light on the building that reflected back into our window so it was very bright at night.

There were no wash clothes. I'm from the U.S. and we like them.

I've stayed at other Motel One properties before and this was nowhere near as nice. I was pretty disappointed here and even thought my room was some sort of mistake. It was completely empty. Just a bed, a couch, and two TVs. No other amenities or anything; it felt like a spare room they keep for emergencies. The view from our window was of a pigeon-poop infested outer area and the air conditioning was virtually non-existent. Had to sleep with the windows open (which is fine) but outside was constant loud pigeon activity.
