Amazing breakfast. Super clean. Great rooms and very friendly staff! Look no further. Also location is very convenient. We stayed here a couple times and it’s always been wonderful.

Loved everything.

Everything was excellent, beyond our expectations. The room was spacious enough for a couple, very clean. We were next to the elevator but we never heard any noise. The breakfast was also excellent, everything was delicious, varieties of food were served, and there was also a barista for the best coffee we've ever had in any other hotel. On our last day, after check out we left our luggage at the hotel in a locked room and we were free to walk around the city for a couple more hours. The location was also very good, very close to the tram stop. All in all, indeed a wonderful experience.

The only thing I can think of for me personally was that they didn't have Staropramen on the menu, only Pilsner Urquell :).

Great facilities and very good location, right by a tram stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch with prosecco and cake for valentine's day. Pool and gym were both great and the table football was appreciated by our son. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Would stay again.

Amazing breakfast buffet, rooms nicer and cleaner even than the pictures indicated, gym and pool available. The room had a coffee machine and fresh waterbottles every day.

The hotel is located close to the public transport which you can use to visit the center of Prague, you can also visit places by foot which are 10min walking! The Hotel is clean, welcoming, friendly staff, the breakfast food is excellent lots of options to choose from and the swimming pool is a great addition to it all!

From start to finish staff where amazing never got to meet Tomàs ,but thank you for upgrade,and to all the lads on reception. I'd like to mention them all but incase I forgot one of there names wouldn't be nice. As all amazing so helpful. The massage was excellent. So was breakfast.

Nothing really maybe have an omelette option for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. The room was very nice, cleanliness is top notch, the facilities that the hotel is providing are well maintained. The breakfast is amazing, lots of options to choose from, hot food, cold food, pastries. The fact that this hotel is providing to the guests a Barista during breakfast time which can make you a quite large option of coffees (cappuccino, espresso etc) is something I didn’t found in any other place, and I have to say that I am working for 10 years on Cruise Ships and I’ve travelled a lot around the globe, and its a nice touch to see something like that implemented in the Horeca Business. (They also have of course the “coffee machines” option where you can serve by yourself) During my stay I got the opportunity to try almost every facility that the hotel puts at your disposal:- the gym, well equipped to make your daily workout - the pool, very well maintained (be aware about the fact that the water temperature is not so high because the pool is mainly used for “training” and to do a few laps of the pool / the height of the pool is 1.60 m) but for me was enough. - the Eclipse Bar Lounge is a cozy place where you can have a drink and also to have lunch or dinner The tram station is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient because trust me, you gonna use A LOT of times the public transport of Prague because its working great. For sure I will book again this hotel when I am gonna be back in Prague. Great work Orea and kudos to the people which are working there!

The food was very tasty and the breakfast was rich and varied. The room was spacious, which we appreciated.

A downside is that the room is a bit outdated.A big negative experience was with the staff in the active/wellness area. I booked a massage and asked specifically for an appointment the next evening. However, the staff member (who does not speak English very well) booked the massage for 7:10 in the morning. Of course, we were at breakfast at that time, and I then received a call from reception asking why I didn’t come.Although 7:10 was written on the paper, I assumed it was an evening appointment, as that was what I had requested. Due to this misunderstanding, I was charged half the price for the massage I did not attend and the full price for another massage. I do not find this fair at all, as the mistake was clearly due to miscommunication.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Quality of service matches or even surpass some "high end" branded hotels. Staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. I would recommend staying in this hotel to everyone visiting Prague. It is also well connected to the public transport lines, so everthing is on your reach. ,

Good location with a tram stop right outside the hotel. The room was spotless, the little touches for the baby were lovely too such as his own robe, mini toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel offers a rich and varied breakfast, with options for all tastes(gluten free, vegan). The room was clean and spatious. The staff was great, really helpful.

The pool temperature was a bit low.

Room was excellent, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular. The amount of choices was mind blowing. Highly recommend this hotel and would recommend to a friend.

I had to pay additional city tax.

Professional check-in, I was assigned a room on the seventh floor with nice city view. Large, comfortable and clean room with shower. Large TV and good slippers. Swimming pool is about 11 metres and was quite busy in the evening, best time should be between check-out en check-in time (11:00-15:00). Couldn't heat the room up to my wishes and used my 500W plug in heater. Extensive breakfast buffet and the option to prepare a small take away lunch - quite unique!Easily accessible by trams 22 and 23.
