Wifi does not exist if you are in adeba plus, only regular adeba;The room has no heat of any kind. After 2 days complaining, they gave me a huge heater (for me to cary myself) to my room and make myself comfortable (note it was 4 degrees celcius);It took them 8 days to have an iron to give me - it was broken;When ordering food from outside (they have breakfast only, no other services), they refused to provide forks and knifes;The rooms in regular adeba (not adeba plus) are better, have heat and have a great workspace with a huge table (where wifi works) ;The room was poorly cleaned.On the first day, after having several problems and asking yo switch rooms to the regular adeba hotel (cause I was cold and it wouldnt get better and there was no wifi [I had to work])) I was informed by the front desk that the people that work there were already asking her when I was going to leave - A class act!!I was working in a huge conference that literally booked the entire city and all of the hotels and hostels and I was pretty close to the venue I worked, so I had to stay. I had another 5 friends with me, of different places - we all experienced the same (note that the regular adeba hotel was quite better, cheapper and with wifi).I have no idea how this places manages to have such high notes. It seems that It used to be awesome and now on last months it declined a lot.

I came for work and I needed wifi. The wifi coverage was terrible. I couldn't work properly. I addressed this issue to the hotel staff, but the situation did not change.

Beautiful room, everything was nice and clean including the jacuzzi and sauna. A bit pricey but definitely worth trying once in life.

Breakfast was ok but had better choices elsewhere. Location was ok, just a little small.

Couldn't find where to get a glass of water, layout of where to find things were little confusing.

The noise. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you and the doors closing and opening were so loud. The walls made from paper.

Room was equipped as was advertized and shown on pictures. It had a comfortable bed and quality beddings. Room was spacious and easy to stay in - no squzee in bathroom or so.

Only the road in front of the windows has traffic till late night. Staff at the breafast has no distiqushing signs from the other guests. Thus making it difficult for any enquiry - we need to ask for some tea mugs instead small coffe cups.

The breakfast was spectacular, the waitresses were super attentive and they helped me find the room.

The internet service on the floor I was on was super bad, there was no signal and I was never able to connect to the internet. I looked for help at the reception and the guy who was answering at night answered me reluctantly, and what he told me was that that was what had to be solved.

We had a room in Adeba plus and it is a new part of the hotel. Room was super, with small refrigerator and microwave, tea service. We appreciated breakfast until 10.30 and checkout at 11.00. This time we had no car, but there is a garage in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, with a good choice for vegetarians. The location is absolutely perfect, close to centre and close to metro station.

We needed to catch a FlixBus the next day, this was a good location to grab some breakfast and go to Florenc.

There were stains in the bed sheets and to get to the room felt like a maze. We had to ask how to get there, the girl didn’t explain it to us.

Quite a big room with a nice toilet. Despite the proximity of the railway tracks, the windows are well-soundproofed.

This is not a 4-star hotel! These are premium rooms in a 3-star hotel Adeba. There is no separate reception, no buffet. All these facilities are at the level of a very average 3-star hotel. A room with a higher standard with a nice bathroom, but for example the ceiling is unfinished and poorly painted, not smooth. Google Maps does not even show something like "Adeba Plus".There was also a temporary problem with hot water one night.

Close to metro and tram, nice room, safe car parking. Good value for the money.

I would say ovarall it is a 3.5 star hotel. Brekfeat could be updated

Everything was great. What I liked the most was that the receptionists answered our questions with great patience and precision, and most importantly, with a smile. This was really appreciated. Each receptionist was professional.

There was nothing I didn't like. Super fast service at breakfast and a wide variety of options.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the check-in was efficient. The Adeba PLUS section of the hotel is very nice and clean – don't let some of the reviews confuse you. The room has everything you need for a short stay.

A bit far from center

I chose the “plus” variant of the hotel, and in terms of value for money, the room was very good. However, the building itself is enormous and feels like a maze of catacombs, which can make it a bit challenging to navigate.
