It wasn’t cleaned up during the stay, only the trash was taken out, the floors weren’t mopped and the dust wasn’t cleaned off either

Clean cheap hotel located in a good area and close to all transport. The staff at reception were friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The single room was ok for my stay. It was quite warm in the room at night, so I had to open the main window and the window in the bathroom to cool down. Not a big deal for February time, but if you're planning on staying during summer months, I would keep this in mind. When checking in, part of the rules ask people to keep silent at night etc. Unfortunately people don't and you could hear all sorts of loud noise from early to late on.

Eccellent location, the building itself is aesthetically pleasing - classical. Nice interior design. Comfy rooms. Little tokens of appriciation in form of magnets and postcards.

Wifi could be better, was spotty at times, but that was mostly resolved after pointing it out.

I only stayed for one night between flights. It was a very good price. Welcome gift provided and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Late check in was very easy when the reception was closed.

Excellent location, clean and comfy room. Lovely amenities inside and friendly staff.

Our room was right next to the lift, and the lift began to malfunction in the middle of the night after the door had been stuck open, the alarm kept us up until we had to figure it out.

A great place. Room is clean and tidy. Easy acess for the historical places. And a very friendly team ❤

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very nice! They even left a small present for us inside the room during our check in. I loved the detail! The location is better than I expected, since is very close to the commercial streets. Staying here allows you to get to know some areas of the city which are beautiful and that I didn't get to know when I stayed in heart of the city centre 2 years ago. The hotel is next to some beautiful and very local restaurants, a big Tesco supermarket and Narodny Street. So I loved this part.

We were satisfied with our stay at hotel Koruna. We stayed for one night and everything was fine. Room was clean and quiet, receptionist was friendly and location of the hotel was perfect. Don’t expect anything fancy but it’s a good value for the money.

Great location! Very spacious and well-equipped room (Smart TV, hairdryer, kettle...), with little Prague souvenirs and a nice note. Quick check-in.

Location and room were excellent.

Reception not welcoming. Asked for extra blankets etc and got one extra pillow only. We had real difficulty with noise in the room next door. People banging on our door and the wall etc. which we felt was unacceptable. Don’t know if reception did anything about it. We said we are gluten free but this wasn’t passed on to the restaurant for breakfast so no gluten free bread etc. the restaurant was lovely but they’re closed a Sunday which we hadn’t been told and it was up to me to ask reception about this and then they gave us a refund. Rooms are lovely.

The location was great. Very close to the river and the attractions.

The ground of the room was shaking and not reliable. The sheets and the bed were dirty a little. There was a smell at the bathroom but short while it disappeared. The doors were making loud squeaky sound.

The property is in a great, central location. The room was clean and spacious.
