- I can't overstate how warm, welcoming, and intuitive the staff are.
- This place was great! Everyone at the reception desk was fantastic including who went above and beyond the call of duty with everything. Breakfast was fantastic also. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Prague .
- Friendly staff, comfortable bedding, not too loud. Excellent location, its new and clean and modern.
