Very good coffee for breakfast. Close to bus and streetcar stops and convenient to get to the city. There was a decent breakfast selection and it was tasty.

Spam you with emails to check in or check out. I got 2-3 per day for multiple days. Very unnecessary. The check in process was also a bit confusing but overall the rest of the stay was fine.

Location is good and near the bus stop.

The stairs are not comfortable specially for those who have luggage and no one is available for assistance

It was value for money.

I didn't like the breakfast; the pictures on the internet do not reflect reality, although it is not that far-fetched, but still. Great room, though.

A staff was friendly

I stayed for 2 nights and put a Make Up Room sign, but my room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, wonderful and clean room. Loved that the third bed wasn’t a sofa bed, lol. Loved the fridge as well. Super easy to get to town as well. Would book again!

The staff was super friendly. The location, room, and shower were great. The breakfast options were really good too.

I didn't have any issue with it, as I love the sound of the city waking up, but some folks might have issues with street noise with the windows open.

Overall, a very clean and new property. It’s very basic, but new. Bathroom is clean, but very small. The reception went above and beyond, accommodate some of my asks. Breakfast is pretty good.

From the location, it’s harder to walk places than I thought. Public transportation is close by but up some city staircases.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The hotel had a terrace where you could sit outside and enjoy which was also really nice. Also the location of the hotel is very good - the tram station is only a few minutes by foot and a supermarket is also not far away. All in all it was a very nice hotel for a few days in Prague and I can definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Abundant hot water to shower, lots of options for breakfast (vegetables and fruits too). Staff were always available. Location is one stop by tram from the main station, bus stop and tram stop to arrive to the city center is 1 minute walk. It was so silent in the room we really had a good sleep and The bed was so comfortable.

The location is very convenient and close to everything. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and friendly.

No air conditioning

The breakfast was good, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was satisfactory. The furniture appeared to be standard IKEA pieces.

The room was unclean, and during my stay I encountered several cockroaches—around seven in total, including two in the bed.

The room was simple, but super clean and had everything necessary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also loved the breakfast - surprisingly it was much better than I had recently in more expensive places.

The only thing I didn't like was location - a bit difficult to get there from the tram stop and back with heavy luggage. But for those traveling light it would not be an issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything. The hotel was generally clean. It was well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay!

The breafast was very tasty, but unfortunately the kitchen seemed understaffed. Food was not replenished quickly — if you didn’t come in the first half hour, you often missed out on things like pancakes. Also, most of the meat options were pork-based; it would have been great to have chicken alternatives. Room cleanliness could improve a little bit, some areas were a dusty

The hostess was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was hearty.

The room was quite small. Fine for one or 2 nights but would be cramped after that.

Location was good especially because of close proximity to Prague Central Station. Excellent, friendly staff, with good English. Good breakfast. Walking distance from public transport. Though I arrived after reception hours, the instructions for check-in were seamless and easy.

1. On the first night there was no hot water in the bathroom though they advertise 24/7 hot water.2. Heater in room did not work in spite of complaining about it.3. No writing desk available in room.4. Bathroom sink in Room 51 was miniscule - highly uncomfortable and inconvenient to use.5. Bed was too short in length, feet stuck out.

Staff were fantastic, we had an issue (not to do with the hotel) and they went above and beyond to help,

It would be a good idea to send the WiFi password before check in as I struggled to get signal for the entry code, but I was welcomed in by staff

The location is good, easily accessible from the train station on foot, and many grocery stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Public transportation to the old town is easy to reach. The hotel is very quiet. Bed is very comfortable, and breakfasts are also satisfactory.

Sink basin in the bathroom is a bit small.

As I was travelling for job, it was uncomfortable to not have a suitable table for laptop. This is my personal preference but I found a bed a bit soft to me.The rest was good.

Such great value for money. Super clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was decent.

It didn’t feel walkable to the things I wanted to see/do but Ubers are cheap and readily available.
