Great location, calm and safe area, the check in was so easy and flexible to get in, the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend it.

The location was good, place felt calm and safe, decent value for money.

Horrible idea to put a glass wall on the bathroom, there was a curtain on the outside of the bathroom that you could close to get some privacy in the bathroom, but still, it's crazy to me someone would think this is a good design idea ?

The location

There was no internet signals in my room. When i asked the reception to fix the router or help me out they didn't do anything.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Drain was clogged in the shower, the toilet kept running and getting stuck which resulted in my husband having to fix it every time we wanted to use the toilet. The restrooms especially the shower, need to be cleaned better between guests!

Only location

It is so fare to called hotel , 2 nights without elevator and one day without electricity with very poor facilities and very bad isolation you will feel like living with your neighbors

The room was cold, it was nearly freezing. I asked the staff to turn up the heating, but it turned out that the entire hotel was on automatic temperature. It was terribly cold, so I had to turn it up to heat it.

Price is good. The location is good close to the tram station. The staff is kind. The room is spacious.

Few things we didnt like are first bed is not comfortable its quite hard, pillows looks old not soft. Our blanket is smaller than our bed i guess those blanket is for single bed. Room is bit noisy from the elevator we think and from outside. We heard people talking from the next room.

Clean, neat and comfortable, highly recommended.

Insanely hot room with no fan, weird light on the floor outside the door, 1000kc deposit for "minibar" which is just an empty fridge, fridge too loud and did not get cold inside.

The worst part was the slow and intermittent internet connection. Other things were average or somewhat below average. The price was too high for the place.

We got a room on the 4th (last) floor. Even though it was the beginning of May, it was really, really hot since it's the last floor.room was so so clean, the floor had some weird markings as well as bathroom.there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.the whole hotel has some old windows that date back to Stalin (can't be properly closed)

The location and romantic room setups. Enough space for 4 people in our room - So perfect for groups. They had a kitchenette as well.

Mattress on the bed was sunken in the middle, if you have a bad back it would hurt it. Door to room was paper thin so the noise from people coming up the stairs at night woke us up constantly. If both of these were updated it would be great

I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay. The room was significantly smaller than expected and extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which severely impacted my ability to get a proper night’s sleep. Additionally, the lack of adequate window coverings allowed excessive sunlight into the room, further disrupting my rest. Overall, the conditions were far below acceptable standards.

Clean , comfortable, very basic but suited us just fine , great value , great location no complaints at the money we paid ... I wasn't in prague to sit in a room ..

Friendly staff, quiet, 15 minutes walk to the main train station, close to all sights and attractions.

Would be nice if some kind of breakfast was available, but there was a small kitchen in the room, where one could prepare some food if needed.
