Relax Inn

The location was perfect. I also do appreciate the overall cleanliness and very friendly staff at the reception.

The bathroom could be in better shape. The breakfast buffet could offer more varieties, considering the price. Relax services were not included.

I liked everything about the stay. The facilities are nice and was able to use the pool and sauna.

Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbors and was not able to sleep for 3 nights. I could hear their voices through the wall the whole night, until 4am.

The hotel location was fine.

The parking was too small. The breakfast was poor.

would not recomment

location, food, room felt stuffy and had strong smells like insect repeller

Clean, comfortable, great value for money. Possible to buy some refreshment at the reception. Nice breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great. You can access city center in 30 mins through public transport. The room was decent and was clean. The parking space provided by the hotel was good for the price and the receptionist were helpful.

The facilities provided by the hotel should be improved for example, no water bottle was provided we had to buy in the reception. Breakfast was average, the boiled eggs were cold not sure if it was on purpose. Definitely not a 4-star hotel from my perspective.

Never again

The receptionist didn't speak English, she couldn't even explain where to park the car. when I asked if it was ok where I parked, he shrugged his shoulders and the next day I received a fine. The doors creaked like a horror movie and the next day at breakfast I found a hair in the salad.

reception was very helpful, the staff and customer service.

the photos are misleading so I was disappointed.TV controls weren't working properly room and bathroom was very basic

Breakfast is good Hotel is far from mall Neighbor hood restaurants are in k

Location

Location was good, near arenas and short commute to old town for sightseeing. Breakfast was ok. Man at reception was incredibly helpful.

Beds are a little hard. Pillows thin. Room is well equipped but dated.

Easy to find, 0-24 h reception, buffet breakfast. One of the rooms has a view to the O2 Arena. This was a family room for up to 5 person.Public tickets are available at the reception. Parking in the inner courtyard of the hotel.

The wellness option is not included in the room price.

Close to O2

Not clean room, very old towels, carpet worn, curtains dirty and worn.

It's a good hotel. I can't say anything good or bad about it. I wouldn't say it stands out for anything. We came for an event held at the O2 arena. The hotel is close to the arena, and it's nice.

The only drawback is the small parking lot. It can probably fit 4-5 cars. Therefore, I advise you to book parking in advance.

The room is large and comfortable.

The charge for parking. This was not mentioned in the reservation.

Close to the bus stop - you can easily get to the city centre.Breakfast was good - nothing special, but you won't be hungry. The room was cosy and clean with well-maintained bathroom.Very nice receptionist at the check in.

It's next to the train station, so there is some noice of the trains when you open the window. If you keep it closed there is no such problem - the hotel itself is quiet.

Very close to where we wanted to beGood sized room

Ants in the room and bathroom

Clean, quite.

Breakfast could be improved in terms of selection choice and products.

Good breakfast, great location for our needs and friendly staff.

Staff in the reception are kind and gentle

The room was too hot there was no airconAnd the pillows were too slim, and the bed without bedshits

Very quick check in, good breakfast and quiet area.

WiFi was not working well in the apartment. The door from the bathroom was damaged and was ants in one of the bedroom.
