Pros +
- Easy ride to the city center. Clean room and linen. Smooth check-in. Convenient kitchen. We had a view of the garden.
- The hotel was near the Tram, making the connection to and from the Old Town very convenient and easy. The walk to and from the hotel felt safe, even when walking alone and later at night. The concierge was welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured on Booking.com. It was bright and comfortable. The heat was self-controlled and the bathroom included a heated towel rack. There was a kitchenette which included two burners, microwave, water cooker, full array of dishes, etc., and supplies needed to wash and dry dishes as needed.
- Neat and tidy room, facilities were fine
Cons -
- Needs some more kitchen utensils, like a bread knife and a coffee maker.
- The beds were "dorm" style in terms of mattress quality. If you prefer a "firm," thin mattress (similar to a futon mattress), this will be a good fit for you.
- Could not connect to WI Fi even with the help of staff.

Close to center.Good price & value ratio.
The floor is very dusty. There was no toothpaste.
It was a perfect university dorm, clean toilet and shower. The tea kitchen was perfect with the fridge! The table and the bed was perfect as well.
Nothing, it was perfect. Maybe cleanliness could be improved a little bit but not crucial.
not pricey; close to the centre; very well connected; tram stop right next to the hotel
not too much space for your toilet nessesities in the bathroom
Check-in was smooth. The apartment was clean.
No connector next to the bed and a night lamp because the room is completely dark in the night.
Even if we didn't need it but they had room cleaning sevice twice in 5 days. Cheap well managed clean and comfortable staying place. We came here third time. Tram stop is in a walking distance, shops, tasty pizza near. Sometimes bit noisy in the evenings because lots of youth stays here.
Noise of youth bight be problem but not every day.
The location is very good for reaching the city center by tram (which runs fairly often). There are some decent restaurants in the area as well as convenience stores. In this was the place does indeed cater to students. My room lacked an air conditioner but did have an electric fan. It was ok when I was there during the summer, but one may wish to take note of this. The room facilities were fine. The building does have a free washer and drier that one can reserve for use.
When I was there, the drier machine did not work. Perhaps this is a problem for you. Perhaps not.
Absolutely nothingThe staff is very unhelpful and irreseponsible
At this hotel, things magically disappear and no one would give you an answer! We stayed at this hotel during a 4-day trip to Prague, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We checked in on Friday night at around 8-9 pm, everything seemed fine but then on Saturday we left in the morning to do sightseeing and in the evening when we returned we found out that we were missing personal items - including a carton of cigarettes, foreign currency (not local), and a few costume jewelry pieces. Thankfully, we had kept all our valuable items with us.The issue is with how they handled this distressing incident. At first the receptionist was dismissive and insisted she can’t call the manager or any entity. Soon after the manager came running to our door and informed us they will review the security footage and get back to us the same night, 3 hours later she knocked again telling us they have reviewed some of the footage but can’t continue because of system limitations. We were told we will hear again Monday morning. The next day they were extra dismissive and we made sure to take all of our valuables including my laptop. Also we took pictures of the room to make sure no one would get in. On Monday they told us the security footage was reviewed but they can’t provide an answer yet! On Monday night we went back and the receptionist was stumbling and told us we’d have to wait until the morning. On Tuesday Morning there was a whole other story that they informed the police but they had no complaint number or any information!Despite our efforts and patience, no one ever contacted us again until we did again on booking. It felt like the situation was being delayed intentionally, especially knowing that we were scheduled to leave on Tuesday morning. They also stated that only I had access to the room, aside from staff with a master key — raising more questions than answers.
The huge windows are nice. Bathroom is clean. There is a mini fridge and a nice TV in the room.
- I stayed here during a busy weekend in Prague, and the price per night was really expensive (more than 100 euros per night). Given the amenities and the room condition, it is not value for money as it is also very far from the city center. - The hotel did not provide anything except the room. I asked through a message before going there if there were toiletries in the room, and they said yes; however, there was no soap/shampoo when I checked in. - the cover of the sofa/couch seems to be dirty
Location great for Strazní tram stop24 hour reception so can arrive late without concern Stayed previously & am happy to return
Defective lock on room 504Can be a little warm at times
Brilliant location, super close to the tram stop. Easy commute in and out of town. It was very quiet, and felt a lot calmer than the chaos of old town. Good price! Cute eateries nearby at good prices.
If it is very hot, I don't think the very small desk fan will be enough to cool down completely. But you get what you pay for. It is cheap and cheerful. Limited kitchen equipment but enough to get by.
Reception is available and help us almost of the time.
Laundry didn't work very well, but the staff tried to help us as much as he can.
It's a very clean room. Everything I needed was there. They cleaned the room one in two days and whatever you need you can ask the reception. They are very supportive and welcoming. It was really a good place
Actually, it wasn't really a problem. I believe their walls aren't so soundproof or my neighbor was over-sensitive. We were just talking and the guy next door complained that we were very noisy
Room cleaning every 2 days was wonderful, close to the tram stop to get to the city centre, the kitchenette was useful and the staff were kind and helpful.
Check-in was quick an uncomplicated, the room was as advertised.
The walls were very thin so that I could hear the people next door talk.
The room was very clean and the accommodation is close to a tram station with a direct connection to the city centre.
The shower water was not so warm.
Facilities to cook, easy to check in, staff was nice
The mattress were hard, only thing to improve, but some people like it that way
Near a tram station that connects to the city.. The kitchenette within the room enables the preparation of breakfast and dinner. Helpful reception, particularly with a male staff - Thomas .
We need to lug up several steps to the reception from entrance. There is no assistant of any sort with the luggage to get by the main door. The first time entry needed the reception to grant access remotely or when the occupants exit or enter the hostel ( unlike the hotel setup). There is little resemblance to hotel accommodation.
