- Clean, good room comparing to its value, 5 mins walking to the tram station. Near a gas station which has a supermarket
- For the price, this is a really great hotel. You're far enough away from the city that it's not constantly loud, but you're close enough that you can take a quick 10 minute ride into the heart of the city. Besides that, The best doner I had in all of Europe was right near this hotel and I can't recommend that enough!
- I am extremely disappointed with the hotel. Don’t even know where to start. The only step down from this hotel is to sleep outside. To call it plain is underestimation. The place was so basic, that the only thing we were happy about that we are not sleeping outside. The picture on the website is not from this hotel. I’ve seen other rooms and all of them looked like mine - mismatched furniture, terribly uncomfortable mattress, and god-awful pillow - I never seen pillows like that. I don’t know where you can find pillows like that. It was just lumps of cotton put together and it was impossible to have a good night rest. The place is tucked in the bedroom community, that is so hard to find, my mom spent 30 minutes walking around, trying to find the entrance. The only good thing I can comment about the place is it had a nice cleaning lady, she was helpful. But there is only so much she can do.Would never stay at this place again ! Very, very cheap and seems put together out of garage sale. The shower and the toilet weren’t clean enough, we had to use it because we didn’t have a choice.
Cons -
- We asked the staff to buy a water, they told us that there is no water to buy in the hotel. Also, we asked them to check out one day earlier and accept the refund request, they said yes sure. After we left, they said it’s a non refundable reservation and we cannot accept the request.
- I was quite sick while staying here, and this was not a great hotel to be at while being sick. There wasn't a hot water maker in the room for tea, the rooms were always a little cold, and the Wi-Fi did not work. I think if you're like 99% of the travelers who go to Prague and you stay at the hotel for a place to sleep/shower, it's a great place, but if you're staying at the hotel for any longer than that, or if you're sick and you have to just stay there, you'll be quite disappointed.
- The description of the hotel says that you can get to downtown in 15 minutes walk. We walk a lot in my family, and let me tell you no one can walk this distance in 15 minutes. It’s an hour to hour and 20 minutes walk, depends on how fit you are. You will have to take a trolley to downtown , it’s about 15 minutes ride on the trolley, and yes, the stop is about five minutes walking distance from a hotel.

Staff members, view from the window, spacious room, good shower
Too loud neighbors, leaking ceiling above windowsill, hair all over the room, strange smell
Simple and comfortable stay.Easy in and easy out. We arrived long after the usual check-in time, but they provided a convenient and easy way to access the room by ourselves.
- Twin beds that can actually separate. This isn't the norm in Europe so it was a deciding factor to book this hotel for us.- Very nice staffs. We asked to exchange some euro coins and they accommodated.
- Extremely old facilities. Everything works fine but adjust your expectation.
Hood price, clean rooms, quick transport to Centrum
Neat little hotel. They met us (self)check in early which was really appreciated and made our first day in Prague great. The room was really clean. The tram to the center just a few min walk away, so you can avoid the noisy part of the city and you have a great night sleep without any noise disturbance.
Nice stay and not too much far from downtown. It is worth the price. Maybe it isn't the best accommodation in the Prague but the personnel were kind and the room was clean. That's enough for me. Only the one thing there was really annoying there. There wasn't some minimal offer of drinks and the coffee machine works maybe a few hours in the morning. Some refreshments right on place after a long day would be nice.
No offer of basic refreshments.
The rooms are nice and cozy. The location is good as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can also order breakfast which is very basic but value for money. There are free hot drinks for guests which is a nice gesture.
The mattresses and pillows could have been better. The pillows weren't comfortable. There could also be a hair dryer in the washrt.
Comfy beds clean bathrooms
Not the property’s fault but a lot of main road traffic
Its clean and near the station.
They didn’t put any kind of soap
Martin, who was perhaps the manager is very nice and took care of my needs. I asked for a late checkin, an extra blanket and an electric kettle to boil water, all of which he took care of. There is a very young girl in the reception who was also very nice.
1. No sound proofing in the rooms, with ongoing construction work in the building.2. No wifi inside the room.3. No information about breakfast (neither in Booking.com, nor was informed by the host) though they had it.4. I want to specifically complain about one housekeeping staff- Lida. She was very rude and I found her racist. On early morning in the last day, I had to talk to my family in India. As there was no wifi in the room, I sat on the corridor, and was talking as softly as possible not to disturb other guests. Lida came and rudely told me to keep quiet. Being considerate, I stopped the call. I came out in a while (~7:30 am) to work on one of the table in the corridor (NOT A DESIGNATED BREAKFAST PLACE). I had only 2 pens and a set of paper. There was no one in the corridor. Lida suddenly approached me and very rudely almost shouted on me to leave, as other guests will be coming soon to have breakfast. Though there was a language problem, I understand a polite request from an unnecessary rude behaviour. I tried to explain that I will leave when guests will occupy tables (there were 4 tables and 5 chairs in each). Lida was very angry. In a while, she came back with the receptionist who explained me what Lida wanted in English. I asked her if there is a problem me working there till other guests come out for breakfast. She said she doesn't see that as a problem and didn't understand why Lida was angry. After ~ 30 mins, (only) 2 guests came for breakfast (rest of the room was empty). Lida came up to me and started shouting on me, in front of the guests, to leave the table. I felt very humiliated and insulted, and went to my room.I never had such a shocking experience with any other stays in Booking.com. I am a scientist and have been to many non-english speaking countries. I felt Lida was behaving like that because of my brown skin. It became such a traumatic memory for me that I could not get myself to write about the incident till a week after.
The place is only a few stops away from the tram station (which is not far from the centre but too crowded with tourist) which is nice.
Spacious rooms with really clean bathrooms.Location near the a tram stop is ideal to reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. They let you make check in late in the night
Elevator is really dangerous.
located on a good tram route near the river and next to a beer garden and food outlets. Clean cheap good value accommodation
The external lights were not always working and the entrance to the hotel is at the back away from street lighting
it was very clean hotel I have ever accommodated up to time. Its location was near the tram(2/20/27). We could go to the city centre easily. Also beds were comfortable and the room was warm. Bathroom was very clean.
Location was great and i can definitly recomend it, The service was quite good, beds were comfortable but the most important was price i'm pretty sure that it would be very difficult to find any hotel in such location with so low price so if you have not to big expectations and looking for cheap stay it would be nice place
Room for three was extremly small, of course it was shown how much squar meters it has but it looks even smaller when you are inside, The whole facility is very old there was also information that it is not possible to order the breakfast but in the end i'm not sure if it was a true because another group had such one. Also luck of aircondition during summer wasn't improving our stay and was causing some inconveniences.
Very clean and spacious. Tram is just a couple of minutes away. 10 mins to the main attractions. Staff is bery friendly ( he speaks German as well).
The bed was comfortable and the water in the bathroom had a strong pressure, which I loved.
The hotel is far from the center and next to the highway, so it wasn't very quiet. The price is above average for what it offers.
