Location and lobby aesthetic.

The hotel is very dated from the inside. The rooms are extremely small. The rooms are so dated that they are difficult to clean. Walls have a fabric wallpaper, very dirty. Room ceiling is very high, which seems nice at first glance, but is also dirty.

Very nice staff who make you feel like a VIP. Safe hotel with modern accommodations while still maintaining the old-world charm. Their spa area is phenomenal!

A few stairs to navigate when entering the "old" portion of the hotel at the back. This is a bit difficult with luggage when exiting but the bell hops are happy to help.

Hot water was not clean, came out of the tap brown.

The service was exceptional! We really felt the hotel's hospitality. They went above and beyond what we normally experience from other hotels in carrying out our requests. The staff really knows how to take care of us. We didn't even need to say anything. They were really warm and friendly.The room was great! The pillows are just the right softness. Everything was also very clean.It is also at a very nice location. The nearest tram stop is just a couple of minutes walk, and the Prague Main Train Station is about 5 minutes walk away.A special mention to their front office supervisor, Lenka Štefková. She really made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Our room is facing the tram rails. While it is very convenient to be near the tram stop, sometimes you can hear and feel the rails vibrating even with the windows closed. It's not so loud as to be disturbing, and we were able to sleep comfortably without any problems. But it's there.

Facilities such as spa and common areas were nice and building is stunning

The food offering for breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was lovely to sit in. The evening meal choices were limited but delicious. The Vault bar was sumptuous !

Great location, fabulous premises and really friendly staff. One of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had with live music.

A lot of steps to get up to the reception which isn’t easy when you are carrying bags but the staff were really helpful in carrying them.

The location was good

The rooms are extremely small—you can’t even open a large suitcase properly and the room feet outdated; the furniture is old and there is a noticeable humidity smell.The housekeeping service also seems careless, as if they are doing only the bare minimum.Also we could hear people slamming the doors at night.The bathroom had a bathtub, but it appeared that it had not been cleaned or used in a long time.The toilet was also problematic, you had to flush three or four times before it finally worked.The gym is old and poorly maintained, one of the windows close to one of the treadmill would keep opening because the lock was not functioning.

Such a beautiful hotel, in a great location. They don’t skimp on the little luxuries like bath robes, dental kits etc.

I wasn’t a fan of the naked sauna situation, but that is the European way I suppose!

A very high standard hotel. Rich breakfast, and a pleasant spa for a winter holiday stay. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The shower in the room was a bit outdated, there was often a problem flushing the toilet. The room felt a bit small and cramped with the luggage.

It was stunning, ambient, clean and overall a pleasurable relaxing environment for a city break.

One minor point would be that the doors to the rooms are not fully soundproof so noise could be heard from the corridor. It is fine when no one is out on the corridors e.g. late at night.

The hotel is beautiful, the spa is so relaxing and the staff are really attentive.

Nothing really, it was perfect. There are more central hotels but the hotel is so beautiful, it's worth the extra walk.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice with a bidet. Great minibar.

The location is relatively good, the rooms are old. Ni & Nad are the best they helped me and were very nice. the lobby is the best thing about the hotel other than that its an average accomadation

Staff were always very helpful and polite. The food and drinks were excellent, especially breakfast. The spa and facilities were just what we wanted.

We arrived at 22/1 in 9:30 am, we asked to eat the breakfast because we were hungry from the flight and technically paid for this day in the hotel. Since our room was ready by 3 pm. And they said that we can but only if we pay full price. Even though we paid for breakfast in the package.

The stairs when entering, especially when carrying bags, because there is no one from .the staff to carry them There are few windows in the hotel, especially the breakfast place.

Beautiful hotel, great location, the staff went above and beyond to make the room special for my partner.

The room was quite small. We asked for an upgrade and were told someone would be in touch but nobody did.
