NO A/C in most rooms, but basic fan provided. Concierge always present, will answer to ALL questions. Nice and simple breakfast. Good water pressure in bathroom.

Anette Hotel was such a nice place to stay for our first visit to Prague! The front desk staff were helpful, and the room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was on the older side, but again, it was clean and had everything we needed, and it is pretty typical for older European hotels, in my experience. The breakfast was inexpensive yet high quality, with plenty of options for different dietary needs (I am vegetarian, and my sister is lactose intolerant). The hotel is a little removed from the immediate center, which is preferable to me because it's quieter and lowers the cost of the stay, but it's just a couple minutes walking to multiple tram lines, and only about 30 minutes walking to the true center.

-Looks and feels old style-The TV is not a smart TV-The bedroom was moving a lot, there was a lot of friction on it, if I was moving a little harder, the bed was moving as a whole-There was no sign to not let the cleaning ladies to enter.

Overall, we were happy, as we got an excellent roombreakfast was good (quite expensive, though)

We were in a room facing inner court which is quietonly 2 such rooms per floor, though (one of which next to elevator)other rooms facing street are probably quite loud, except mb upper ones

The hotel is in a great position, near city center and public transportation. It offers a great value proposition. The room was clean, including the bathroom. It had a mini fridge, a cupboard, tables, bathroom. We had breakfast from the hotel in one day, it was good.

Great location for being over the other side of the river. Little fridges in the room. Hair dyer in room. Comfy beds. Let us keep our baggage there after checkout. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom did get a bit of a sewage smell every now and then so needed to keep the door shut. There is a kettle but only green tea bags in room so bring your own for coffee/black tea.

This is a traditional small hotel offering a big room, solid furniture, 24 hour staff and a very good breakfast with some interesting items frequently topped up by a pleasant staff member. A lovely old fashioned contrast to modern chain hotels.The hotel is only a short tram ride from the City Centre and has a direct tram (5) to the Main Rail Station from a stop a few hundred metres away. Andel metro station is 5 mins walk away. Andel also has a small market at Christmas and other times of year. The hotel is close to a river bridge with a lovely view downstream towards the Cathedral on the hill (illumated at night) and upstream to the Vysehrad hill - much less visited by tourists The Smichov/Andel part of Prague does not have many hotels or tourists so is less crowded than the City centre. Local restaurants may have shorter (or no) queues. I rarely give a review score of 10 but Anette Hotel deserves it.

Its clearly an older building, but well kept and clean. The staff was nice. The location is well connected and way calmer than the city centre.

THE PICTURES OF THE APP ARE NOT THE REAL PICTURES! Unbelievable. I booked a family room with 4 beds and a couch and they gave me a room with 2 beds and a couch. I got the "Family Room", in case someone else requests it. I'm gonna put a formal complaint to booking as well

We just styed for 1 night and as we had to leave the room at 3 am for airport, we did not take breakfast there.

The location here is excellent, right next to the Vltava River and just across the river from the Old Town

The room is relatively small, especially the toilet, which is also too small. The room facilities are also relatively old

Great location, very reasonably priced, helpful staff - Second time booking Annette Hotel - staff were super helpful as always, they allowed me to check in early and also looked after my luggage when I checked out. Room was comfortable, everything was clean - can 100% recommend!

It’s a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation. However it was clean

I love the location. It's not far from the city center. Near few tram lines.It was warm and clean in the room.High ceilings, big windows.The personnel was polite and ready to help.

Excellent spot close to the river and transport to all sections of the city or walking distance to the main attractions (i walked most days. Checkif that's relevant to you).. Shopping center in 7 min walk and all sort of restaurants. Very nice staff (especially the women at the front desk that checked me in and I didn't ask her name. Sorry about that

This hotel needs a renovation, looks pretty tired. Uncomfortable pillows. There is no label where I can show i don't need cleaning service or I don't want to be disturbed
