Very nice breakfast selection. Kind and helpful receptionist. Beautiful small aquariums in the reception. Spacious rooms. Great location if you are without a car.

The breakfast area is quite small and the kitchen staff was not present all the time, when needed.From the reception and the restaurant to reach your room, you need to go through a small garden, which means cold during the winter.Stairs leading to the rooms without elevator, which can be tricky if you have a buggy.The room could have a big cupboard, since 4 person need to put their clothes somewhere.

Great location and cute courtyard. The room was quite large. Breakfast was awesome!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletries and towels are provided. Very near to the muzeum station and there are many attractions and shops nearby. Some staff don’t speak English but very kind and approachable. Linens are absolutely clean. The rooms provided were same as the picture. Its a pity we weren’t able to get breakfast because we left early and have not advice the reception about the plan so no packed bfast for us. Definitely recommendable!

We hope slippers are also provided but not a big deal.

Great location with lots of popular attractions within walking distance. Clean and spacious room with everything you need for a short break.

The staff weren’t rude, but a cracking a smile wouldn’t hurt. It certainly put us off asking any questions.

The Hotel is quite small and basic. But the staff are friendly especially the receptionist. My room had what I needed it and was very clean. The hotel is very central so it is a good ground place to get to where you need to go. The metro is an easy way to get round and trams. I came here for an eye operation so I spent most of my time in my room as a traveled solo. I would come back to look around prague.

It is near to train station ,easy to locate . Walkable to old Pargue town. Supermarket and fastfood reataurant just a minute walk away.

Unfortunately I had problems with the entry system at night with the keypad being very hard to work, on one occasion taking 20 mins. There didnt appear to be any means of contacting the Hotel after hours. Although I got in eventually it would put me off staying again. Otherwise I really liked the Hotel.

Very comfortable during our stay. Kind staff, easy to access by metro, and good breakfast. Since we checked out early at 6 am, the receptionist kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us before leaving. Thank you!

Very nice and comfortable. Loved the amenities in the room: coffee maker, boiler and fridge.

Very convenient location. Close to the train station and a short walk to the metro and tram stop. The room was spacious. There was air conditioning in the room. The beds were comfortable. There was very little street noise, we didn't hear other guests. Very good breakfast, such a rich selection is rare. The hotel stored our suitcases before chek-in and after check-out.

We would have liked to be able to choose the temperature in our room.

Location was really central, with everything walkable. Breakfast was excellent with a good enough choice of everything to set you up for the day.

A spacious room with everything you need for living and even a refrigerator. Good breakfast.

One minus - there is no elevator and I had to drag my suitcases up the stairs.

The air conditioner was very good, probably the coldest one I've found in Prague and the breakfast was fantastic.

The shower had very low pressure and was either hot or cold, was difficult to adjust temperature but wasn't that big of a deal.

Location-wise wise it was ok, obviously it was right next to the museum, breakfast was better than I expected.

We didn't get the room that was shown in the pictures. It was still ok

Big rooms, good value for money. Really close to the main train station. The backyard garden has a lot of places in the shade which was really great as we had 36 degrees while we were in Praha.We were delayed, and didn’t arrive during check in, but the hotel answered our message quickly and we got a code for entry.

The breakfast was a bit plain, but ok.

Door card didn’t work . Front desk until 10 pm only , if you arrive after 10 pm , access to your room could be a problem . Staff not so helpful . Location. Relatively close to train station but there are up hills and downhills to walk .

The room was really old, doors were hard to close, carpet was not very clean and unfortunately no sockets at the bedside
