Staff was wonderful, rooms were fantastic for the price.

It is slightly outside the city center, but Prague is a very easily traveled city.

Clean and staff are nice

It’s a bit far from the city and there is construction that stops bolt or uber to come close to the hotel

Cleanness, comfortable studio for a family (3), friendly staff, location is not the best but tram lines station is 3 minutes away.

Nothing serious to complain about. Location was away from common grocery and city shops (10 minutes). Room was a bit cold even though 2 radiators was there (didn't use the air conditioner).

Breakfast was awesome. The building is fully renovated. Really modern and they kept the old building structures. Really nice.

The location was not optimal due to a construction site. But I assume it will be optimal once this is done. The staff was not particularly friendly.

I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent for getting in and out of the centre - the stop for tram 17 about 1 minute's walk away. However, there were major roadworks in front of the hotel so no proper paths and very dusty.

Please be informed that there are very bad road constructions everywhere around the area!!!!!! I would like to know about them before I booked the hotel. Travelled with a 25kg suitcase and a 10kg suitcase, had a very very hard experience!!!! Asked for some help from the reception, got none of help. Thank god a stranger that was passing by the hotel helped me

good breakfast, clean room, very good staff

We stayed in a room with a kitchen and it was very basic. But we had the essential, beds were comfortable, shower was good, we had a nice TV with Netflix which we enjoyed. There are many restaurants in walking distance and it is easy to catch a train to go downtown. Breakfast was super good.

There was nothing we did not like.

Location is very good, the train stop is across thr street. Also, heating in the room is excellent.

Bathroom is so tiny, and there so no place to put your cosmetics.

Nice residence strategically located one minute away from the tram stop that takes you everywhere in the city. Clean rooms, kind staff, nice breakfast. Overall great value for your money.

It's maintained, the location is alright. Well enough value for money spent. They tidied up the room the very next day of my stay.

You have to keep the key to open the entrance yourself, it's closed after 20:00. The staff is not very friendly, but alright for Czechia. The breakfast doesn't offer a lot of options, the coffee is very bad for and they water down the orange juice. They offer the shampoo/body wash, but don't provide the tooth brush and a toothpaste.

It was better than expected. We had late arrival but that wasn’t problem for them. Room was cozy, clean and warm. Bath was clean too. Building is old, but at that cost I wasn’t expected more. Breakfast was ok.

Good price and rooms where good for that price. Food was like what you can expect for the average hotel. Not bad but also not anything fancy.

If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because the tram is very near the hotel which is good if you want to go somewhere. But less good if you want to sleep :) Personally I didn't had a issue with the tram noise.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, close to centre. Staff members are polite and helpful. Great breakfast every day.

the room and bathroom was nice

I had a nightshow on a club close to the hotel, when i booked the room i asked if i could stay a bit longer cause i need to sleep a bit when im back from the show, they aproved my request.Then, once there, the girl in the reception told me that i can not stay any longer, i offered myself to pay an extra, but didnt work, if i want to extend 2 hours, i have to book another night. so finally back from the show i got bed at 7 am and i had to wake up at 10 am for preparing everything for leave, thats an important lack of transparency, since i asked before to going prague, specificlly for avoid this problem.The room and the place was eveything right, but the hotel didnt make well his function in my opinion,
