FLEUR DE LIS HOTEL

Great service, very beautiful boutique. Good price per value

Water temptature wasn't stable and the beds weren't very comfortable

Great location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway.Very professionl staff and comfortable room

Great breakfast, free water and bon bons, friendly and highly hospital staff. Secure entrance and large rooms. As bathtub ? lowers we were pleased.

Perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. It's 100 meters to the tram station. Around 20 to 30 minutes to the central station. Friendly staff. Clean and well-decorated room. Definitely staying here again when we visit Prague next time!

Real nice and quite location just 10 minutes away from the Old Town Square.Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options and two different dish per day. The standards are: scrambled eggs, bread (gluten-free option too), donuts, french croissant, fruits, juice, tea, cafe, corn flakes, milk, yogurt (original flavor & with fruits), vegetables, cheese.Very warm room and interiors.Very clean.Gentle staff.

A couple of tiles in the bathroom were elevated and need to be fixed. Not that causes any issue. The ventilation in the bathroom only works for a few seconds when you turn the bathroom lights on, which is inefficient for removing steam or smells.Air-condition remote was missing, or at least it wasn't in an obvious location, but I used my phone as a remote.

The location is perfect for our needs. Close to the metro station and quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very good with a variety of food and drinks.

The room was small for 3 people. We stayed on the 5th floor in a triple room.

nice room, large bathroom with bathtub

standard breakfast without frills

The hotel is very well designed and maintained. Interior and furniture are retro but they seem to be in a great condition. Room had plenty of space. Check-in was smooth. Bed was comfortable and sleep quality was overall good. I liked that they provided slippers. The hotel is also located in a great neighborhood with lots of beautiful streets and houses, great pubs and cafés.

Breakfast items had no allergens listed, and no descriptions whatsoever. Staff didn't seem to know either. As someone with food allergy, I could only have some vegetables and then go for a real breakfast to a nearby café.

Nice quiet hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to underground and tram. Great breakfast. Parking. Locked front door, good sense of security. Helpful personnel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I like a lot the neighborhood, the streets, and also the facilities of the hotel. I really like the breakfast that was included. Great options for eating. Really good place to stay and has a great spot to reach center city.

I like all things, maybe an option to have free water, and fill bottles with the hotel water.

Great selection on breakfast, excellent food. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious, clean bathroom.

It is at a very good location, clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast

Super clean and so cozy! Amazing breakfast too, staff were super pleasant.

The only thing is the pillows were a bit lumpy.

The hotel looks clean and the staff is very nice. The location is great - near the city center and main train station, but in a quiet area. In general solidly good hotel for its price.

The facility is quite old, so a bit of renovation wouldn't hurt? but everything looks clean and nice, so it wasn't a big issue.

The staff was amazing - super helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The conditioner wasn’t very powerful.

Excellent breakfast selection. Compliments to the ladies who managed the breakfast - they were helpful & made the breakfast area tidy.

Good location, spacy room, very clean. The stuff is very positive and polite. The breakfast is very good, too. The property has some parking slots, so if you travel with a car it'll be absolutely helpful. Flexible check-in and checkout hours, even at 04:00 AM you'll be invited without any issues.

Great hotel, good location - quiet at night for being in the city. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Would stay again

Spacious room and location not so far to the Old Town. Only 10 - 15 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants near by the hotel.

Internet connection not stable.

The location and hotel ambience.

Only 1 chair in the room. Did ask for another one so we can sit and chat while in the room but was told there is only 1 chair available in each room. Meanwhile, my brother's room has 2 chairs. Didn't want to argue that...
