Cons -
- Fridge, AC
- We didn't like hearing noises from hallway, because isn't the door between anteroom and bedroom.
- In 3 nights, the staff opened the door of my room 4 times, and 1 time at 08:10 in the morning I was still sleeping

Location
In 3 nights, the staff opened the door of my room 4 times, and 1 time at 08:10 in the morning I was still sleeping
Passable
The restaurant staff at breakfast could do with a few more smiles and a better attitude. At 6.30 in the morning when the place is extremely packed and you are running out of time before participating in a major event, the last thing you need is the unwelcoming and unpleasant attitude of the Bulgarian lady who works there. The air conditioner makes the room very cold and is so difficult to turn off. Apart from that had an alright experience at the hotel.
The location is just down from the Invalidovna subway station and the associated tramlines. Easy to get in and out of Old Town without having to stay in the hustle and bustle and noise of the tourist areas. A market beside the subway station meant the cost of food could be controlled better and avoid eating in restaurants constantly. The free breakfast was simple but had extended hours so it was easy to get a meal regardless of how late a night before or early of a day it was going to be.
Bad
Twice they sent me to an unprepared room that might still be occupied by someone (see attached photo). The third time I asked them to go to the front (the rooms were on the 16th and 17th floors). Subsequently, I received low-quality alcohol at the bar, moreover, with the option of paying only in cash. No compensation for problems at all. Never again this hotel.
location ideal for the iihf weekend, good for access to the city and o2 centre.
shower is hand held !!! put a holder at head height !! terrible having to hold the shower head an trying to shower .. get mattress, not 2inch bits of foam.. aircon went to 23 degrees at minimum so room was roasting !!! if you opened window you got infested with flys instantly. carpets dirty alot of hair.
It’s clean, finished!
This hostel doesn’t worth the price, it’s 2 star at best. Bland breakfast. A waste of money!!!
I arrived by lunch time and my room was already prepared, so I could drop my stuff there. Good breakfast.
Missing a towel for feed when you get out of the shower in the bathroom and also hangers for hand towels. Bad smell in the bathroom, stuck shower and sink, water stays in and goes down extremely slowly. Missing kettle and tea or coffee in the room, the fridge is freezing food.
Good appearence
1. The hotel has so many floors and rooms that three elevators are not enough. And when the bottom door is parked, it also sinks sharply, which is very scary.2. The room is old, the carpet and wood trim are very old, there are traces that can not be cleaned out, the TV looks like the late 20th century style. There is no drinking water, bath towels, only towels3. The reception is nice, but the line is long, there are many tour groups from travel agencies and football training teams4. The restaurant service is general, breakfast is very bad, juice is powder, eggs, milk and yogurt also have quality problems5. The location is remote, not in the old city
Location is not bad, go straight and you are downtown.. 2 stops to the bus station. Squicky clean.
There was a full house of students of all kinds on school trip and it took 10 min to be able to get a lift to go downstairs at any time. Staff was very nice. Rooms very tiny. We were able to switch to the Olympic Artemis.
The position is near a metro station, very easy to reach from the airport (bus and metro). Other than that there are no good things on these ammenity
The breakfast was horible. The coffe was bad and there is nothing to be edible. I had to go to a mall to get a decent coffe. The room was small, the doors of the bathroom where annoying. I stayed 3 nights and in two of them there where some kids in vacantion celebrating a birthday or something like that and they made a lot of noise till arround 2 AM.
Good
We were here a year ago, and the breakfast were perfect. This time the breakfast were placed not in the main restaurant but in a small room, not well equiped and there was not much to choose. We didnt like it at all.
room design, view to Prague, best breakfast I have had this year
no laundry
I love the breakfast, very tasty, fresh with lot of choices. Also the room and bathroom were super clean.
Out of three elevators only two were in operation- considering 19-story building .
Dirty, terrible reception
A sullen old receptionist. A dirty room with clogged toilet and bathroom. Never stay
Breakfast was tasty and abundant, lots of variety to choose from, great coffee machines. Our room had a fabulous view of the city, including the Prague Castle in the distance. Trams and subway a few steps away.
More water pressure in the sink and shower would be nice, also the elevators get easily overwhelmed at certain times when the tour bus crowds arrive and leave.
The panoramic view from the window was breathtaking and offered a glimpse of the city's beauty. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were unparalleled. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and a seamless check-in process. The staff at the front desk exuded professionalism and ensured that I felt like a valued guest right from the start.
Breakfast Buffet was great. Very nice and clean rooms.
Facilities not upto mark. No kettle provided. Staff was not very welcoming.
